Tried to call to get info about admitions, was transferred to a 411 number, called back, told the lady I have a referral, was told I need to talk to the head of admitions, somehow BOTH lady's were unavailable, have called almost EVERY DAY this week and was told that every time I've called, on top of that, I found out they make residents PAY for activities that THEY provide i.e. the "formal" dinner they have planned, that's completely uncalled for, just another way the medical system gets away with stealing money imo

Dirty building. they overcrowded then people get sick again and get Bed Bugs.Hoping for an apartment soon they take all your Social Security all but 100.00. so what ever you get is what you pay. food is nasty. the people in the drug rehab are out of control. not a safe place to be. they still do drugs they UA people but some get past the test. They do have some nice staff most are snippy with the residents. they do the least they can. there is cigarette butts everywhere and on the sides of the buildings. there is Tabaco up and down the hallways and most residents do not bath- they smell very bad and you have to wait in a long line to eat in a very dirty over packed dining room . So if you are thinking about staying here think again you will not have any money to buy esentual needs for higenie. they will give you a towel and some soap anytime you ask and clean linen for your bed. they also have free laundry and soap they just need disapline the family tries.

Sunshine terrace has helped me immensely. I am able to program... Got my teeth fixed and a pair of glasses really needed. Because I don't know how to get around Spokane because of memory problems there's a wonderful case manager who not only books my appointments but also drives me. Every single staff member is respectful and helpful. This place has completely enhanced my life.

Giving Sunshine Terrace 5 stars . My niece is there at this time. She as home for Christmas, what a remarkable difference in her attitude, behavior and overall demeanor. So nice that there is somewhere that focuses on the mental health/behavioral health and not the drug and alcohol addictions. She is doing much better, her positive attitude is a bonus. Hope that this will continue as she is able to make life changing progress. Thank you for the support and treatment she is receiving.

This place has saved my life. I see a doctor regularly.. Because of my bad memory they have a case manager that takes me to my appointments. My teeth have been fixed...I now have the glasses I need... The food is excellent... The staff is excellent and the classes and groups are both helpful and are easy to go to and participate in. I am so thankful for this place and the people that work here.

Continued disregard for the needs of the clients, ignoring requests, low staffing and no concern for holidays/scheduled for after the holiday. Staff given days off so no celebration for the clients. Needs not met. No activities . Cancels plans for clients due to low staffing. No organized activities other than walking.
