Very friendly person, home was inviting, home had all upgrades such as walk in shower, handles for toilets for someone with physical limitations. The yard was nice space with outdoor seating for residents.

Appeared neat.clean,bright & airy. Meals 8,12,5 w/ snacks. Med's locked up &doled out as needed. Laundry done daily incl.in price. Activities minimal since most residents are not ambulatory..occ. outing pushing wheel chair/saome puzzles;lovely back yard. 2 CNA's on duty 24-7. They had one room available now that was Lg.,spacious with its own bathroom incl.tub, bars,etc...Oscar likes his hot bath every other day; more than likely outside assitant to be bath aid would be required. They do have a hoyer lift! CNA;s help w/ dressing and grooming needs...they try to stress independence. Assessment of Oscars needs is made in his own home by Nurse before going into facility. Priv.Pay $6000 p/mo..option to transition to mediaid 30days om writing should that occur.

Shi's home provides a homey environment from inside and outside. It does not look big from outside but it is spacious with huge kitchen and dining room . All rooms are private . The owner is a RN who has years of experience with elderly care.
