Hi I just moved in into AFFINITY. I was worried that I would be uncomfortable Living in an over 55 community but I have had a blast every day I have lived here. Everything is well taken care of. I especially respect the maintenance ppl for all their hard work. Jo and EMILY have been very helpful on my move in and have easily accept me into the community! To sum it up. I love living here. I love living here! Jo is extremely responsive and helpful! I was relocating to another apartment that ended up not being cleaned as planned and I found Jo and the maintenance staff cleaning it the day I moved in with the movers waiting! Wow! The maintenance staff are always available to assist ands complete anything I have requested timely and professionally. The grounds are well kept, activities are many! Would not want to be anywhere else!!

This is my review on Affinity Olympia. I love living here now! Our management team, Jo and Emily, are always very friendly, smiling, and willing to work with me. 99% of the time they never seem to mind my disruption to answer my questions. They have genuine pleasant, happy, and smiling personalities. I very much appreciate the friendly environment they provide. They do indeed set the standard for a happy family atmosphere. Our maintenance team, Harrell and Luke, are always willing to help. They follow through - getting the job done in a timely manner. Their work has been very professional, from sink stoppers to window replacement. No matter where I find them working, they always have a smile and greeting for me. They add to the happy family! I cant understand the negative reviews about Affinity at Olympia. I am going on my 6 years here. I am a very particular person about where I live like how clean it is, how quite it is, how the environment is, as well as how the management is. I give them 5 stars and more. It is everything that someone retiring, or whatever would want. One bill which includes your rent, garbage disposal. internet, and more. Guess what I just had, the management went to every unit in person with all kinds of pastries and juices. Wow, how appreciative a person should be. Dont let me get on all the amenities like a beautiful pool, lounge, game room, a PUB, exercise room, sewing room and basically more than this review will allow me to write. It is worth every penny you pay in your rent!! If I ever leave it will be because my older children want me to move closer to them. Thats not an issue so here I am at Affinity of Olympia and enjoying every minute of it. Come check it out with a tour, you wont be disappointed.

I have lived here for 2+ years. In the beginning it was great. Full Well Trained office staff, well trained maintenance staff. The great manager was let go and ever since this place has so many issues with poorly or no trained staff. FPI corporate who does the hiring and lack of training competent people need to change and fast.

A year ago I would have given 5 stars. But the last year the management company has been sadly lacking in the upkeep. More staff is needed and more training. How hard can it be for the cleaning crew to sweep the dressing rooms in the pool area. And to keep the algae under control. Most of the problems are a matter of under staffing. The staff now will burn out unless they get more help. The upper management is the problem here. You cant do everything on the cheap and have a bunch of happy camper residents. I reallly like the girls in the office Susan and Dodie couldnt be more helpful. But the portfolio manager wont release them to Do their jobs which I think they are perfectly capable of. In the meantime things just keep getting worse.

I have lived here since December of 2013. This is a outstanding place to live for independent seniors. Nice apartments, many amenities, including a salt water pool. Management outstanding and residents varied and fun. You can be as involved as much as you want to many resident or management activities.

Wonderful place to live! Clean, great maintenance friendly staff and great people. Called Amy in the office today to get some old paperwork and she faxed it to me right away. Have no reservations about Affinity at Olympia

All the ammenities without the extra cost. My wife and I have lived here for 16 months and love it. I can spend time in the workshop or in the craft room. I enjoy watching baseball and football games with other residents in the theater. There is so much to do that you have to pick your favorites. Maintenance does a great job keeping everything clean and working. The management staff are friendly and treat every resident as family. They work to resolve all issues efficiently. It truly is a great place to live.

I have been here two years and I love it. The staff is very caring and always willing to help you. They were very helpful to me when I became a widow. There are also many activities to enjoy with our neighbors. The facility is kept clean and well maintained.

I love it here. The residents look out for one another, yet they respect your space. There are many resident lead or Affinity sponsored activities. Its clean and safe. The staff is wonderful. Did I say electricity is included? I think this is a wonderful place to live.
