I love living at Cogir of Mill Creek, centerly located in the heart of Town Center, which includes five star restaurants, convenient shopping, health care providers, and drug stores. The living accommodations are unbeatable. Swimming pool, theater (with nightly movies), bistro, entertainment, regular celebrations, and live entertainment in the beautiful courtyard. What really matters most is the friendly competent staff and excellent foods prepared by our Chef Dave. He can accommodate special diets. Come meet the friendliest people in the USA and beyond!

My wife and I helped her Dad move into Cogir Mill Creek and we had an exceptional experience. David was our primary leasing contact, and he provided top notch service throughout the process. Everyone was very accommodating. The room was nicely renovated, clean, the grounds and facilities are well kept, and the location across from Mill Creek Towncenter is great.

Im so very, very glad we moved my mother-in-law here! Every staff member weve met has been amazing! They care about their residents, love their jobs, and it shows in the quality of care. No matter what time of day or night that Ive been there, Ive always seen staff and been greeted with a friendly smile. The health care staff, nurses and aides, are excellent at providing quality, loving care, and communicating with family members. The dining room is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the wait staff are attentive. The Mothers Day brunch was out of this world! Youve got to come see this place!

My mother likes Brookdale Mill Creek. It seems like a really nice place and it's nicely laid out. It's three levels and I like that it's more spread out. It makes my mom have to walk from her room. The people are helpful. Any kind of forms I needed filled out, they got them filled out immediately. They always have the fireplaces going, so it's warm. They have plenty of food. I haven't heard that she complained about anything. They had a sing-along yesterday, they have people that do exercises, they play pinochle, and they go to museums. There's quite a bit of activity. I'm happy with the place.

Brookdale Mill Creek has been a wonderful transition to an active and social community for my 79 year old father, a very social retired chemist. He had visited several other assisted living locations, but was discouraged by the nursing home vibe, was unwilling to leave his rented home. After several medical close calls, we were referred to Brookdale. My dad loved the very active fishing club, the rustic apartment like setting, and the very active residents. I and my siblings were very impressed by Dave, one of the managers caring assistance with facilitating my dad's visits and transitions. My Dad loves this place! He likes his first floor patio apartment, his freedom to come and go, the flexible mealtimes, and the close shopping center, cafe's and most importantly, serious bass, trout and steelhead fishing. We appreciate the medication management program and the easy ability to increase assisted living services as my Dad ages. Fortunately, he's acting 10 years younger since he's moved to an active community, rather than his isolation in his own home. We're thrilled

Brookdale Mill Creek has been great. My mom said the food is OK. Ive eaten there a couple of times, and it is not like a five-star restaurant, but it is pretty good. The dining area is more like a restaurant open all day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and you just go in and order. They have specials, but if you dont like what theyre having, they will make you a hamburger or a sandwich. They always have a fruit bar at breakfast and salad bar at lunch and a private dining room that you can reserve. We had a dinner party there for my dads birthday. There is a lot of flexibility. The common areas remind me of being in a hotel's lovely living room area. They have a media room that they use for church service or you can reserve it for a party. Brookdale Mill Creek feels homey but it is not small. It is bigger but doesnt feel sterile at all to me. It has been great. Everybody has been super nice taking care of my mom and looking out for her because she has to be there for six weeks without my dad and her children. They watch out for her. She can have all her meals brought to her in her room, and theyre more than happy to do that. It is really nice.

Brookdale is wonderful and in a perfect location. The people are nice, the price is right, and my parents couldnt be any happier. They love the food and have five to 10 activities every day to do. The rooms and place are nice. It looks like an apartment building and is well maintained.

We visited Brookdale Mill Creek. They were friendly and accommodating. It was a very nice tour. The apartments were small but clean. The amenities were really good.

As far as the personnel was concerned, we heard it was quite good, but we decided we're not ready to move into that kind of living. They were in the midst of doing things, so it wasn't the best at the moment, but it looked like the rooms would be alright. It looked like they had good facilities. Apparently, they had quite a few things going on as far as games and stuff, and they take people to things at times, so they are able to go around that way. They seemed to have a lot of activities going on. I liked the location of Brookdale Mill Creek in a sense because it will put us a little closer to our daughter's place, and the layout was pretty good for the overall facility.

My parents moved into Brookdale Mill Creek about three months ago and they love it. The staff is very friendly, there are a lot of activities/events to keep them entertained, their apartment is spacious with a beautiful view of the courtyard, the food and dining room staff are very good... I could go on and on. Great place!

Merrill Gardens (Emeritus at Mill Creek) seemed very nice. I like their location. The staff was interested and willing to take us around. They gave us a complete tour and even offered us a meal. They were very accommodating. It looked like they had lots of things to do. They had an exercise room, an indoor swimming pool, a library, and a game room.

In the last year I have helped three of my grandparents move into two different facility's. I also helped in the process of finding the locations. I was surprised to find so many different options. We toured many different facilities and found that there were a few things that were a must have. One being the smell a lot of homes have an Oder that just makes you feel like your in a "old folks" home. I was presently surprised that Merrill Gardens smelled warm and cozy. All the shared spaces were open yet cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of men witch is just what my grandpa was looking for. There are many activities that he will be able to participate in. The food is wonderful and the not having a time you have to go eat is just what he needs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to help find a warn, friendly, safe, and clean place for there loved ones.I am glad he is in a great place like this that lets him still have a bit of independence! It's just what he needs.

The staff seemed sweet but a little strained. Although the residents seemed happy to hear us sing, they also seemed a little lost and the staff, although attentive, had a bit of a hard time keeping up with them. It was also around Christmas time, so it was decorated nicely.The facility itself was clean and had nice decorations. All of the walls were white, which definitely gave off a sterile feeling. All of the residents had blankets to make sure they were warm. Also, there seemed to be somewhat of a community and friendship amongst some of them, but not with others. (In other words, some seemed quite close and talked in small groups together while others seemed kind of stagnent and distant.) Overall, I felt a little sad when I left although it seemed the residents were well taken care of. It seemed the situation had a little strain (although I guess that's inherent in the job.) It's just sort of depressing to imagine myself with their lack of freedom and having employees chronically usher me around, always slightly condescending. This was my only assisted-living experience.
