This was the best decision I made. Close to the university. Amenities within minutes including my household goods storage, RV storage etc. Excellent staff, clean property, and many interesting and kind older adults. Pet friendly.

This is an amazing place to live. The rent is all inclusive, tons of amenities, lots of resident lead groups, activities and classes. The staff feels truly like family and they keep us informed of all the things going on in the community. We have a full time maintenance crew. Ron and Chris keep everything up and running. Our fulltime housekeeper, Savannah, keeps the place spic and span. And she plays Bunco too! You can be as active as you want or...not. Some residents here have never been seen. jk.

Managers & maintenance staff are terrific. A great place for seniors. Comfortable suroundings, nice neighbors, lots of activities to keep you busy if you so choose.

Affinity at Lacey really is a wonderful place to live. The staff is excellent! There are many amenities and lots of nice people to socialize with. The only reason I didn’t rate it a “5” was because of the rent increases. It is becoming too expensive for those of us on a fixed income.

Great place to live. It will only get better once the covid crisis is over. Tiffany and Miles are very attentive and professional. Dave, the maintenance man, is first rate and extremely knowledgeable. The building is quiet and the people are friendly. I would recommend you seriously consider moving in here and join this excellent community. Cheers.

The pool, especially. The apartments are very comfortable and hospitable. The activities are really fun. Its hard to give a recommendation right now since it has been a while since we were able to do anything and we havent lived her very long.
