They took care of my mom for barely a week and wouldn't receive her back. Be aware of their fees, monthly charges and contract. A couple of the dept directors don't reply in a timely manner and one seemed to be a bit snarky when asking about their monthly charges.

I had to move my mom in during Covid 2 years ago and the staff really did a great job. The transition was wonderful. Two years later her her health deteriorated to the point she was placed on hospice. The care givers did an excellent and we’re very patient with her. She could get a little feisty. I could not ask for any better care. The entire staff is just a wonderful group of people .

I recently moved my 96-year-old mother to Fieldstone, Grandridge, after 2+ years in another facility. I was concerned about the transition, but believed, in time, she would come to realize the move was a good one for her. The entire process has gone much better than I could have ever imagined, due in large part to the Fieldstone Staff. These folks are truly amazing. They have gone out of their way to make my mother (and my family) feel a part of her new community. They make a point of ensuring she participates in daily activities and provide a weekly electronic update on all she has done. In short, my mother loves the place. A main reason for moving her was a desire for improved and expanded care. She is definitely getting it. We have seen a terrific improvement in her overall well-being, and she often comments, “The people here are really nice!” Yes, they are. After visiting with my mother, I can walk out the door knowing she is in very good hands, but also enjoying her new friends and surroundings.

Excellent community that really cares for their residence. It’s beautiful from top to bottom. It’s a fantastic place for seniors to live. Clean, safe, and there’s so MANY wonderful services and activities. The staff is so attentive and caring not only to the residents, but to each other and guests. I felt like family while visiting there!

When Dad had a fall just after Thanksgiving, we realized we needed to find a place for him that was going to give him the care he needed. We researched all of the care facilities in the area and Fieldstone was the best fit for him hands down! On our tour, the staff spoke to Dad and not to us as if he wasn't there. His questions were answered warmly and not just recited as if from a manual. We love how he has thrived at Fieldstone. He has stopped using his walker and is loving the friends and activities. He raves about the food too! The staff is wonderful - everyone smiling and welcoming. We couldn't ask for a better place for Dad to be.

I have had the opportunity know the Fieldstone Grandridge community from the ground breaking to today. The staff, building and residents make it a fantastic place to live. Tami Silva is their director of first impressions - my title for her... and she makes a great first, second, third... and on impression. Kudos to Fieldstone for a wonderful community.

Filed stone is the best company I have worked for thay put residents first always willing to lissions .to family and most important residnt how thay can help them we always as a team pull togather make shure residents have love and care thay need Thay dont care who u are thay treat everyone the same thay have a big hart for everyone who walks through the door . Fieldstone Grandridge is a wonderful place. The folks that work here are amazing. Thanks for taking such great care of my dad. He has adjusted well. Knowing my dad is safe and well taken care of brings a true sense of peace to my self and my brother.

Thank you so much in taking care of my dad, it means the world to me knowing that he is safe and that there are such wonderful staff taking care of my dad in his time of loss...They were so kind and genital with him, I came from out of town and they found a place for me to stay for the night, I had two meal tickets and got to spend a few hours with my dad on Christmas Day! Thank you much for you kindness and you can also see it in the smiles of the folks you provide services for!!!! Sending many hugs with love to everyone there...
