I enjoy living here in so many ways. This bldg needs repairs and updating especially the furnishings in our community room. I enjoy the office staff as the ladies are very welcoming and helpful.. Their weakness is follow up and consequences for residents that break the rules over and over and over. The dog limit is totally to large. The dogs have taken over and it makes it very uncomfortable for many residents. Most properties have a pet limit of 20-25 pounds.

staff has always been vary responsive and pleasant. I am involved in the knitting group. I love my neighbors and that we all keep track of each other. I love having the independence and all of the amenities. I love having my companion animal missy with me at all times. I recommend living here.

Its a great place to live or visit someone. But it's way too expensive to live there they need to lower the prices senior citizens dont go broke & they do not make that much money.

We meet there once every two weeks for our craft group. They have lots of rooms we could use, but we like the family dinning room. My friend lives there.

We are about to renew our lease, we will be going on our third year living at Affinity! We keep busy with activities that keep us young, both physically and mentally! We enjoy the swimming pool, library, game room, patio area and parties in our Pub, internet and cable tv, and many more amenities. We like the fact that it is a safe place to live! The Affinity staff is friendly and they take good care of the residents and our building. We are looking forward to another year at Affinity!

Moving to Affinity was the perfect move for me. It is a clean, safe, friendly environment. The staff is great and you feel welcome. My dogs love it here and the facility makes it easy and safe for me to have them. I love my apartment and all the new friends Ive made. It is a great place to live. Lots of amenities and nice and quiet at night. Thank you Affinity.

When I first moved in to Affinity there were lots of problems, but management worked hard to fix the issues. We stayed for the introductory offer rent price, and have since moved on. I do miss the wood working and craft rooms. Made several good friends.
