We love this property. My brother loves playing pool with the other residents and loves the food. It’s affordable for our family and the location is perfect. We have a studio apartment which is perfect for a single person.

I moved my mother into this facility 3+ years ago and have watched it go downhill > Her apartment has been in disrepair for over 6 months (holes in drywall ,poor quality ceiling repairs-again ) food quality continues to fall , and they are wanting us to pay $ 300.00 + dollars a month more this year. I can't find a phone number for anyone with any authority ,This place started out as a good value now i would call it cheap !

Toured the facility and saw all the amenities for my mother. Very impressed with their rooms, views and amenities. Close to freeway access yet felt tucked away from the main road. We did not need to use after all, but it was a definite consideration.

I have lived here two years and love it! My daughter, an RN recommended it to me. So many amenities included in cost! The best staff, General Manager wonderful and caring. Activities Director innovative even in these tough times, bus service to Dr. Apts. Weekly room cleaning, linens and even TP provided! Meals in dining room or room service 3 times a day, snack cart, free laundry area, assigned parking and pets allowed! Wonderful servers! We even have a favorite, Karma the Chameleon in the main lobby! This is independent living at its finest. I liken it to a perpetual cruise! Due to Covid-19, our activities and excursions are currently on hiatus, but transportation for Dr. Apts are still provided at no additional cost - three days a week! I am so very thankful to be a resident , treated like family member of Cascadian Place!

I love being a part of this community. There are lots of great things to do, great people to know, and the best staff. AND the food is incredible. Every week we go someplace new and exciting. Our bus driver will take any of our residents to appointments, shopping, or other activities. We have an enrichment program that is wonderful. Prices here are affordable and everything is included. It is worth considering as a retirement destination.

I have worked as the Sales Leader at Cascadian Place for over 2 years now. Weve had a few changes over that time, and its been overall for the better. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the community has remained a safe haven for our residents and staff. No place is perfect, but we have a friendly family-oriented community with a fun atmosphere, beautiful mountain views, and friendly residents and staff.

I was very happy that I was able to get my disabled son into Cascadian Place in Everett, WA. He is in his late 50s and disabled due to an injury on the job. Many places wouldnt take him because he is under 65. He is so happy there. He is close to his children and granddaughter and is able to have a little dog. The facility is nice and the location close to his doctors and dentist. He says the staff are really nice and friendly and that they are taking extra efforts to keep the place COVID19 free. It makes me so happy to know that he is in a safe place. I live in another state and it takes a lot of stress off of me. Mothers never stop worrying..

A great retirement community. Well run and maintained by an excellent and caring staff. The food service is excellent. Transportation service is provided. A variety of programs are available. My parents enjoyed their time there and we thought the world of the staff.

We have been coming here every Friday for years to lead a Bible study. The staff is courteous. Disappointed that they schedule conflicting events during our one hour. Constant staff turnover is hard on the residents. Parking is often a problem.

I have toured many independent retirement communities in the Everett & its surrounding cities, looking for the perfect place for my aunt. I received a call from Mike, the sales director. Right away, he put me at ease. He knew this experience was new to me, and took the time to talk to me, gave me his personal number and told me to call him anytime, and he meant it, and I did. He gave me questions to ask, told me issues I need to avoid etc. He cares about the peoples needs 1st and foremost. He is not pushy, or just trying to fill units, he knows the importance of the seniors happiness, well-being, and yes it has to be the perfect fit for them! After all, where they chose IS going to be their HOME, and needs to feel that way to them, not just hes filled a unit. I was shocked when I first went there. I have driven past this place for MANY, MANY years and NEVER saw it. The 1st thing I saw, when I rounded the corner to park, I can only describe as a it took my breath away feeling as I saw the entrance, which is a Grand Entrance! Inside is immaculately designed, and decorated. The entire community has a feeling of warmth, comfort, safety, and home, not just any home, but exquisite grand home. I know what you are thinking now.... I REALLY cant afford this! Right? Dont let that stop you, because you would be WRONG! Remember, Ive toured many retirement communities, the ones that have this same WOW factor! I have gasped when hearing the prices, trying to keep a straight face, and not throw my hands to my face like in Home Alone! What I have found out is Cascadian Place is about 1, 2 the price as these others. They will tell you up front what current incentives, deals, or programs they have. You dont have to drag it out of them, and, or never knew any existed. Cascadian Place was built exactly for the purpose of seniors in mind. Its not a condo repurposed to fit todays needs. The man that built it, did so for his father and others like him. Also, one of the staff members has her father living there, what better testimony can there be than that! One last thing: In keeping up with todays technology, each resident is given a pendant they wear. This is the ONLY place I have come across in my search, where the pendants work off campus. These have a GPS tracking device in them. Other communities are limited to only sending off a signal while the resident is on the premises. Keep in mind that each Community does have off site activities, and all can accommodate rides to dr Appt, shopping, etc. However, the pendants CAN NOT locate the resident while they are off campus. The pendants Cascadian Place uses, CAN locate a resident on campus AND also when they are OFF CAMPUS too. That is a very handy feature, AND gives residents, staff, and families peace of mind.
