I moved here because of the no smoking policy. I had lung cancer and don't want it back. There is no insulation between the walls so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and saying. And it seems as though everyone is smoking inside this building because my apartment smells like the bottom of an ashtray even when I have an air purifier. They have fire drills with alarms that could raise the dead 20 miles away. Alarm on Christmas eve was the worst, everyone was already in bed. The staff treats you like a kindergarten, constantly putting notices in your doors, what a waste of paper. My trucks catalytic converter was almost stolen. My drivers side window and my passenger side window both on different occasions were broken into. And I won't even mention the crime rate, killings and homeless problem they have just in Auburn.

the corridor or hallway when you walk the carpet is so dirty they never shampoo specially in first floor stain everywhere and dog pooh or pee its unhealty to tenants specially the older people and smelly too i hope the management should do something about the floor cleanliness is priority! tenants should cleanup their dog pooh and pee not just leave them on the floor management should penalized the owner of the dog i loved dogs but please commonsense don't be lazy tenants....

Office always closed...people follow others in so we are told its controlled access and police people wandering around ourselves or call police....Again its an elderly resident next to another low income Villa....forget parking I have had to park at Fred Meyer or Lowes...and I live here...cant go out at night!

All the great amenities, in door pool, Jacuzzi, pool table and shuffle board, yoga room. lots and lots of things to do!Monthly birthday partys and pot luck...The best place to live!

I am very glad that I found this apartment!The units are very well done, all of the luxuries thatyou dont find at other Senior Housing Communities, kitchens incl all the appliances plusW, D. High speed internet and satellite tv packages available. Plus, having option to havepackages delivered to front desk is wonderful!Staff are helpful, Faui, Jordan and Eric just too name a few.Lots of activities, just attended my first Saturday breakfast, food was great.Monthly calender is full of fun. Common areas are bright, cheerful and clean.Update 3 mo after move in. Yoga and water aerobics with professional instructor with emphasisworkingwith people who are beginners who have limited mobility.Have made lots of friends, come check out The Reserve at Auburn!
