Visited Pacifica about a month ago. My mom liked the place a lot. We were given a warm welcome by Kate Richie. We met some of the residents and have informed us how much they love the place. My husband and I would have chosen this facility for my mom and my mom would be happy there as well. Unfortunately, due to her income she can't stay there. Pacifica is a caring environment in my opinion compared to other facilities we visited. The staff we met were friendly and caring. Kate was so understanding, listened to our concerns, and most of all provided us guidance. She went and beyond her duty.

My husband and I took a virtual tour with Kate who was absolutely fantastic. She was able to give us the tour at a moment’s notice and took the time to answer all of our questions, introduce us to some of the residents and staff, and even texted us photos and videos over the next couple of days. This place seems very warm and homey. The residents and staff alike seem very content to be there, interacting like one big happy family.

Kate Ritchie is outstanding. She followed up with me and helped me located additional resources to help my 82 year old Mother. She just didn’t answer my question, she informed me things I didn’t know about. She is great. When you go to Pacifica Senior living, ask for Kate Ritchie.

I visited Pacifica Senior Living in Sterling today. My first impression was how friendly the staff were! They welcome me warmly. Ms. Kate was my guide. She was knowledgeable and thorough. The facility was very clean and organized. The residents were comfortable and content. They all waved and talked to me as I was passing by. I was impressed by how well the place was managed.

Atria Sterling has been an amazing home for my sister. She can be independent while receiving assistance as needed. She has made great friends with the other tenants as well as developing positive relationships with the staff. She has a very nice, spacious room. There is a great variety of food, with choices for each meal. My sisters room is cleaned, and her laundry is done for her. There were opportunities to go shopping before COVID. Instead of leaving the property now, the staff provides many safe opportunities for the tenants to play games and even eat together from a safe distance. Management has been quite communicative with family members and supportive. The monthly cost is also more reasonable than many places. I highly recommend Atria Sterling and am so glad to see how happy my sister has been there!

I have found Atria to be a very CARING, HAPPY and LOVING assisted living facility for my Mother-in-law. The facility is on the smaller side which makes it very family like and cozy. The staff is very attentive and responsive. They do a lot of extra activities for the residents, both inside the facility and field trips. I always feel so good visiting there and have gotten to know many other residents. The food is very good and they recently have a new chef who has a lot of experience....the food is now even better! I hope there is a place like this when I get old and need it!!!

My dad has been at Atria Sterling one year and I am very pleased with the care. The staff is responsive and works hard to keep the residents engaged. Its a smaller facility which we like. My dad is happy there and thats whats important. Thank you Atria Sterling staff!

So we just moved my mother into Atria Sterling two weeks ago. We thought she would be ok just downsizing into an apartment from her home, but unfortunately she wasnt mentally fit for that. Enter Atria. I was so worried about moving her into an independent living home, however they put all that to rest. My mother really enjoys being there, and she has experience with assisted-independent living and nursing homes from working with them as a social worker. Marsha, Caroline, Meg; these are some of the people that work and lead at Atria Sterling and they have a standard of excellence I was not expecting. They are diligent from everything to state regulations to empathy and love towards their residents. I am so grateful to Jesus for leading us there, He takes care of His people! Thank you Atria for your hard work taking care of my mom!

I am a private patient advocate, and one of my wonderful clients lives at Atria Sterling. I have gotten to know many of the staff members, and it is a pleasure to work with them. Caroline, the activities director, has gone out of her way to help with video medical appointments during this quarantine period. Sandrine, the head nurse, has been so gracious when I have had questions or needed information, and Chef Norbert discussed with me my clients dietary needs and said he would make sure there are always appropriate options on the menu. . The front desk receptionists are always friendly and helpful. Thank you all for assisting me in coordinating my clients medical needs.

The staff is great. From the concierges at the front desk, the dining staff, the nursing and care team, the residential life-activities team, to the facilities staff. They all are incredible. They will go out of their way to tend to every need of the residents. They all are proud of their facility, the company and their leadership team. They truly make it a happy and upbeat place. The family communication is wonderful with regular email and social media updates. They have been working on a big remodel project that is rolling out in phases, but the master plan is exciting. The building is always clean and well kept. The new chef has been great and his creativity and new upscale cuisine has been a nice touch. He and his staff are always open to feedback and suggestions from the residents. I highly recommend this facility. They take great care of the residents because they truly personally care for them as if they were their family.

I really have nothing but good things to say about Atria Sterling. The staff is so kind and patient, there is always activities for the residents to do, and they genuinely care about their residents and families. Extra precautions were taken during COVID-19 and extra care was given to ensure the residents were able to communicate with loved ones via FaceTime and other apps. Someone is always on staff to answer your calls and communication has been easy and efficient. Its comforting to know our loved ones are so well cared for.

Ive lived here for 6 yrs now. Im a Stroke Survivor and needed a nice affordable place to live with Rehab Services on site. My brother did extensive research into Assisted Living Communities around Sterling, VA and found this wonderful Community. Since I moved in here back on May 2014, I have learned how to walk again. I now can do everything by myself. I feel that I have gained back my independence since moving into Atria Sterling. And the foods here are pretty tasty also !

My mom moved to Atria 9 months ago and I couldnt be happier with how well she is treated and how well the facility is run. They truly have amazing staff and caretakers and it really feels like a family. I feel so fortunate to have mommy there.

My dad has been at Atria Sterling for 3 1-2 years and LOVES it there! From the moment we toured we knew this was the place for him. He is HOME. Every single staff member, whether they be admin, housekeeping, medical, maintenance, or kitchen ... everyone treats the residents like they are family. Caroline keeps the residents engaged with games and activities, and before Covid there were Happy Hours and Movie Nights. My dad is well cared for, and that is all my siblings and I have asked for. I would highly recommend Atria Sterling.

I was very impressed with the friendly staff and care taken to make sure residents have good opportunities for socializing, exercise and diversions despite the restrictions of the pandemic. I felt like a pampered guest when I visited a friend who resides there. Hygiene practices were outstanding too.

My mom has been at Atria for 5 months now and we are very happy that Atria has turned out to be as wonderful as we had hoped it would be based on our first impression. The first thing we discovered was how happy the residents seemed to be living there. As we have spent more time getting to know everyone, it has confirmed that Atria is a lovely place to live. My wife keeps saying to me that she hopes we will be able to find a place as good as Atria Sterling when it comes our time for assisted living.

They have best staff and management team. I had my Grandma there on respite no complains what's so ever. I saw lady above complaining about lady who answers phone. She seems having problem with everyone in town. We can see her negative feedbacks and comments on everyone's website.

My wife, and I had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was kind, and welcoming to us. The community was nice, and clean from what we saw. The staff was informative, and our questions were answered. The experience went well, and our tour was a good one.
