"After visiting many memory care units, I kept comparing them to what I saw at The Crossings at Bon Air. Upon my first visit to the community, the staff stood out. There was evidence of caring and positive interaction, not just custodial care. Everyone was most helpful and gave wonderful care to my husband."

I work in healthcare in the immediate area, with many communities and I must say that the Crossings at Bon Air is a GREAT place to live. Besides the visual beauty of the building and rooms, their staff on all levels is outstanding—engaged, attentive, pleasant. The events and amenities are as top-notch as they are frequent. The food is excellent. The environment and other residents truly add to the appeal of CABA, as well. Its a very warm and positive environment, and they even have multiple levels of care to provide to all. Its a place I would literally recommend to my own senior parents. Two thumbs up!!

The Crossings at Bon Air is by far one of the BEST communities in the Richmond Area. Most of the management team has longevity there! The employees are well versed on how to accommodate the residents needs. It is clean and the people that live there are so friendly! It is both a wonderful place to work and live. The residents speak for themselves and will tell you that this is a very nice place to age in place! WORTH CHECKING OUT AND TAKING A TOUR!

My in-laws moved to The Crossings at Bon AIr in 2016 and it has been a wonderful experience. They were new to the area, but have developed friendships with other residents in the community. There are various activities that participate in and enjoy the staff so much!

The staff is so professional, the facility is clean and lovely! They have lots of activities for técossent, even nightly happy hour! The prices are reasonable for the area and the amenities are excellent. Id recommend to anyone who is needing to leave their independent home for a safer environment and who is craving more community!

Have visited several times checking on patients. Staff is wonderful especially Mrs. Bebe Jessee. Atmosphere is lovely. Definitely a place I would look into in the future for my family members.

Sadly, it is only okay for $3,500 a month. The food and dining leave much to be desired! They are not consistent at all in the dining room.

I have been very fortunate to have worked with the staff at CABA and some of their residents for almost 2 years. I would like to give an account of an experience I had right before Christmas this past year, that was extremely impactful to me.We worked with a resident that was on their way back from the hospital, She had already been dealing with a serious illness that unfortunately didnt have a good prognosis. However, she was steadfast that she wanted to get back to her home, which was at the Crossings at Bon Air.When the ambulance brought her in, part of the doctors orders were that she would be on oxygen. It had not yet arrived. They had no choice but to take her back to the hospital if it wasnt available.Amanda, who is part of the team at CABA, jumped into action. Within minutes, she was able to obtain the necessary oxygen and supplies that were needed. It was amazing really. And way beyond what Ive ever seen in this situation. Typically the resident would have had to have been transferred back to the hospital.Once she was made comfortable at home... was when the real magic started....The apartment had several people in it. Among them were the resident, a family member, myself, one of our caregivers, and....Amanda. She gave comfort to her...and asked if she could sing a song. She chose Silent Night. Amanda sung it beautifully... and the resident was so at ease... There was not a dry eye in the room. It was truly amazing to have been witness to it. It was Powerful the level of genuineness, and positive impact it had on all of us.Great people work there, and they really care. Thats exactly what I would want for my loved ones.

The staff here is so friendly and extremely in tune to the residents! The sales staff especially Bebe Jessee is so kind and caring!! I only hope when the time comes they have room for ME!!! I would be honored to have a place in this community!
