My grandmother lives in assisted living at Warwick Forest and has always had wonderful care. I see the 1 star reviews and wish that the people leaving those would see that this is not the rehab page- that is another facility entirely!

Bummer that so many of these reviews are not even for the independent and assisted living. Such a great community! The CCRC model has allowed my parents to invest in their future care while being independent now. Great food, great staff, can't say enough good things. They also accept assisted living with no entry fee!

My husband and I have been residents of Warwick Forest retirement community for almost three months. We are new residents. It was a smooth transition for us. Basically we moved here for the food and yes, downsizing. My husband needed to gain weight and I don't cook. There is always food of some sort available and that is a priority for us. The food has been delicious. From the very beginning we were welcomed from residents and staff. They all have made our transition to apartment living a blessing.

Bree & Janet, Admissions staff, were so kind & helpful in navigating us through the beginning process, since it was so emotional for our family. I was not going to put my precious family member just anywhere, it could only be the best of care. The Evergreen Memory Care at Warwick Forest has shown so much support to my family, they truly care about their residents! I know my family member is being well taken care of, she is thriving there! Alzheimers/Dementia is so hard, but the Evergreen has made life better for us all! I am thankful for each staff member and the love they show to the residents.

My mom was at Warwick Forest Assisted Living for 5 happy years. She lived first in an apt in Nottingham, then a smaller apt in Keswick, before passing away in The Gardens in April '22. The grounds and interiors are gorgeous, sparkling and well kept. The employees are warm, hardworking, caring, devoted professionals. The staff at Keswick were always pleasant, available for concerns and questions, and so good to my mother. These tireless, sweet gifts from above—went above and beyond during Covid. They kept the residents healthy, engaged cognitively and physically active. At The Gardens, my mother's aides and nurses gave blood, sweat and tears, along with kindness and smiles, everyday. I would hear the same patient and respectful treatment coming from other rooms as I waited in the hallway or sat quietly reading while she slept. I overheard many interactions between residents and staff that were quite heartwarming. Most long term care facilities have to contend with short staffing and high turn over of employees. The couple of times I asked that they please attend to my mother, they went to her immediately. They were so apologetic & courteous to me and exceptionally compassionate & gentle with her. Please know understaffing is not the fault of the hard at work people at the bedside. With this being an inherent issue at every elder care facility—you need your treasured loved one in loving, caring hands at the very best place. In my experience it is Warwick Forest. Outstanding premises but their jewel is their extraordinary workers.

I want to give a 4.5 rating, but it's not available. Just driving into Warwick Forest is a pleasure because the "gatekeepters" are so welcoming and always greet us with a smile, as does the receptionist where temperatures are taken. We were sorry to have to leave Nottingham because the staff was wonderful! We were fortunate to find the same caring and compassionate staff in Evergreen. For example, we were taking Dad out for his birthday and he woke up grumpy. His nurse succeeded after trying 4 times to get him up and ready. This type of care is so appreciated. It's comforting to hear, "Oh, I know your Dad....he's so pleasant", when I introduce myself to folks. This includes the dining, clinic, nursing and administrative staff. They all take time to know the residents. We've been extremely pleased with Warwick Forest.

Warwick forest has been a incredible resource for my family with my father and his dementia. He is currently residing in the "Evergreen" memory care unit. It is clear to us that the nursing staff has a genuine interest in creating the BEST quality of life for him. They have consistently shown us that he matters to them and have exuded an amazing effort in providing his personal care for us. They have been very helpful in guiding us thru this process. As horrifying as this disease has been for us, they have been incredibly patient with us and given us priceless direction in the transition for him into memory care. I would not want him anywhere else but in the safe arms of this compassionate, caring and qualified nursing staff. THANK YOU WARWICK FOREST EVERGREEN NURSING STAFF for your herculean efforts with my father. It has NOT gone unnoticed!!!

And having the family specialists is awesome! I have more choices ways to contact someone without bothering the nurses when it's a nonmedical question

Mary P. HIGGINS MAINTENANCE TECH TOMMY Interior door was hopelessly jammed. Problem solved by creating an access opening at the bottom of the door(think of a pet access door to the outside). Tommy was able to remove the object causing the jam(ironing board) and seal off that access area. The idea was pure genius! This avoided removing the entire door as well as eliminated cost of purchasing another door. I do not have an issue having this access point, it can possibly eliminate a similar jam in the future access point if a similar. Tommy also took the courtesy to clean the area once complete. This is superb customer service!

I cannot say enough great things about Warwick Forest. Bree Watson from the marketing team was amazing in providing us with all of the options and answered every single one of my mother-in-law's questions and concerns when making this big decision. You could tell she truly cared about helping her decide what was best for her. The amenities here far outweigh what we saw at other places: several dining room options (the food is great), the aviaries for indoor bird watching, the pool, multiple libraries, beautiful sitting areas, loads of activities, and even the studio apartments are a great size. We also can't say enough about the great staff at Warwick Forest, not only from the marketing team, but the security staff, the nursing staff, the dining staff, and the activities staff; everyone is just wonderful. My mother-in-law is the happiest I have ever seen her. This decision has changed her life for the better.

We are so happy to be in our new "forever" home. Our apartment is beautifully appointed. I so enjoy sitting on our porch listening to the birds across the street in the trees of the cottages. My father has been at Warwick Forest in the assisted living section for about two months now. He's settled in and loves his house mentor. He's got so many activities to participate in, is making new friends, and stays active, exercising with his friends. I was very worried about how his transition would be, but he's settled in well, and all of the staff are caring, responsive, and very supportive, for both the resident and family.

Lovely apartments and residents. Good food most of the time. The one big problem is that some of the apartments are very noisy due to wood floors installed in upper floor apartments. We like it here and wish something could be done about the noise issue.

Great place to live. I have been here since the expansion opened in 2008. I adore my apartment with a great view overlooking the ponds. The staff here is wonderful--very caring and helpful. There are a lot of activities, and a person can almost find something fun to do. Very nice indoor pool with water aerobics classes. Gym with good equipment. Several dining rooms with a variety of items on the menu. I am very happy I came here.

My mom was there in rehab for 2 weeks, Knee replacement. Great Place!! Can't tell what a relief it was to know that she was well taken care of. All the nurses were so polite and caring... seeing them interact with other patients was a nice site. Even the empoyee walking down the hall empting trash was cheerful and greeted you with a Hello 🙂 Clean and inviting!! Would recommend to anyone.
