I am extremely happy here at the Westmont. The assistance during the entire process - with both family and me - was exemplary. The responses to all inquiries and requests(and there were many!) were all handled in a prompt, positive manner. ALL personnel encountered working here have been extremely courteous and helpful, especially housekeeping, general maintenance, and the servers in the dining room (they really deserve a bonus!) Thanks for the opportunity to express my appreciation.

This community is beautiful! We visited a family friend and were highly impressed by the community, its team members, and the food. The front desk staff was warm and inviting and even helped us get to our friends room, no questions asked!

A beautiful community with a wide variety of different apartment styles. This community has studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms, which is more than enough to fit everyone's needs!

The Westmont at Short Pump is an exceptional residential and assisted living facility. As a family member of someone who has stayed at this residence, specifically the Inspiritas section (memory care). From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. The entire team is incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive to the needs of their residents. Every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, is dedicated to creating a safe and comfortable living environment for their residents. The administration is highly organized and efficient, ensuring that all aspects of the facility are running smoothly. They are always available to answer questions and provide guidance, as well as exceptinoal communication with families is outstanding. The facilities themselves are beautifully maintained, the administration is highly organized and efficient! Thankful to the community and staff for welcoming us as family.

I moved to the area to be closer to my family, and I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this community, for the last year. In my time here, I have built relationships with other residents and have been able to partake in several of the daily activities that The Westmont has to offer.

We immediately liked this facility right after we attended a tour and we liked it even more after we arranged for our mom to stay there. It is really a lovely facility with beautiful decor, a number of amenities as well as programs, designed to enrich the lives of their senior residents. The most impressive thing is that you can see that all residents you meet are very happy and everyone you meet in the facility says “hi” with a smile on their faces. We were also very impressed by the director of sales and community relations for her professional attitude and work ethics. She could quickly answer all our questions and handled things very efficiently. Another thing we have to mention is their dining hall. Besides everyday fresh flowers on each table and some live music, the meal service is so good that you may feel you are at a restaurant on a river cruise. We would highly recommend this senior living community to anyone looking into options for their loved ones, or for themselves.

The Westmont is a beautiful Retirement Living Community that truly does stand out the moment you walk in. The double staircase is breathtaking and the team there truly does ensure you are welcomed with smiling "eyes"!! They are wearing masks and you can clearly see that they are passionate about the care they provide to your loved ones. Will recommend The Westmont to any one and hope you will stop by for a tour!!

I have been at this company for over three months, and I continue to be surprised and amazed at how well this company is run. They are truly walking the walk and talking the talk. There is legitimate care and concern for each resident and their needs and wants. Nothing is too much to accommodate. I love it here!
