BrightStar Care Fredericksburg gave the impression of being such a personable and professional Agency from the first time I called, when searching local Heathcare Agencies! Most everyone Ive dealt with since...from Owner-Mgr. Ed Fichtel on through to their Office Staff and Caregivers, have continued displaying those same qualities etc... Weve especially been impressed w- our current HHA Elizabeth Hernandez whos become long-term since starting back in March! Shes quick to learn things overall and exhibits great patience w- my Elderly Father, along w- genuine interests in helping him Day-to-Day to achieve his best quality of life!

These bright star nurses are the best ones name is Berlin the second nurses name is Adrian and the last nurse to show up is Julie. These nurses have been trying to find a workable vein which I have a little or none since 9 oclock this morning Julie who is the third nurse to show up finally found one on the back of my arm at 2:25 PM this afternoon I am so grateful to God in them for working together they proved that teamwork ,Makes the dream work! And these ladies are an awesome team. They should be rewarded.

My familys experience with BrightStar has been very positive. One of the most important aspects is their willingness to work with the family on a personal level to help provide the best care possible for your loved one. They realize that quality care can only be achieved through teamwork. I would like to personally recognize some of Moms caregivers who have provided outstanding care: Priscilla, Jessica, Sally, and Ashley. Being a caregiver is a special calling and these ladies take special care to see that its done right!

After using other home care services which were less than satisfactory, Brightstar was recommended to me. My experience with them has been extremely satisfactory - Monica in the office is always pleasant and helpful, and what is best about this company is that they never leave me with no service - when my regular caregiver cannot make it, Monica will either find a substitute or come herself. The several hours a of service as I am recovering from surgery are essential for me during the day. My regular caregiver, Abraham, is excellent. He is always pleasant, always helpful with what I need, and has become like a part of the family. I am completely satisfied with him and he knows the routine and what is needed daily. In sum, Monica, Abraham, and Brightstar have been far and away the best service. I highly recommend them.

Weve worked with BrightStar for several months now for two types of medical treatment. We also worked with another home care services company for a brief period of time (not our choice) and ultimately asked that care be transferred to BrightStar. Why? Their professionalism and the quality of the nursing staff. Julie, the Nursing Director, and her staff, coordinate care to ensure the right people are there for you on the right days following the most recent set of doctor orders. Nurses including Monique, Fay, Melody, Toni and Julie herself, have decades of experience in numerous medical settings including the ER, pediatric NICU, infusion centers, mental health, family practice and more. We were nervous about in home care given the choice between hospital and home, but with the quality of care and administrative support provided by BrightStar, weve had the best of both worlds - great medical care at home.

The caregivers have been very professional and respectful and make my 91 year old mother-in-law feel special and well cared for, we couldnt be more pleased. I also love the companys flexibility with the hours we need covered and that there are no minimums or contract requirements.
