Alta Ridge Memory Care Review I am very happy to share our positive experience with Alta Ridge Memory Care. My father had been struggling with dementia and Parkinsons disease for many years, then he suffered a series of strokes. After a stay in the hospital and a rehab facility it became clear that his health was failing. We needed a facility that could address his physical needs, dementia and accommodate hospice. Alta Ridge Memory Care stepped up and were ready to help us. We were so impressed by the clean, inviting building and comfortable cozy environment. The administrators were so friendly and very anxious to understand our needs and accommodate our unique circumstances. The staff were very friendly, attentive and caring. On the day my father was admitted, we were waiting for him to arrive in a comfortable lounge area. We were able to observe some very positive interactions between the residents and the staff. We heard staff members kindly greet the residents and ask how they were doing. One staff member was brushing a residents hair who seemed to be enjoying it greatly. We also heard another staff member make cute, friendly remarks to residents. The staff worked beautifully with hospice and they were very careful to provide a lovely comfortable environment for his final days. He passed away in a peaceful room with a lovely view of the sunny courtyard and his favorite music playing. The staff was so respectful and helpful during this very difficult time.

My great grandma lives here, and we coudnt have chosen a better place. The staff here are amazing! They are so welcoming and nice. they take fantastic care of her. they offer one-one enrichement and tend to their needs. they truly do everything to make her feel as if she was at her own home!

ARMC is an amazing place to be. The staff there are amazing with the residents and Trevor is a phenomenal administrator and person. The atmosphere is very home-like and an enjoyable. I would recommend Alta Ridge Memory Care to anyone!

I have worked for Alta Ridge memory care for just about a year and love it!!!! I am a med tech and do take my job here very serious. The residents are like my second family and I care for them as them being my own. The new administers Lena and Joann are awesome !!! Not to mention we have one of the best nurse that I have worked for in the six years being a med tech.

Alta Ridge Memory Care served my family and I better than we could have ever anticipated. They made my family members stay comfortable, were consistently providing her with the care she needs and attended to her when necessary. In addition to what one would typically expect, memory care provided her with enriching activities and made her feel like she was always at home. I couldnt fathom being happier anywhere else!!!

Im POA (Power of Attorney) for my sister whos had a difficult life, now made more so with ever-worsening memory. From day one every staff member Ive met has been courteous, earnest and professional. The facilities are clean and orderly; not a mansion, but more importantly, comfortable, warm and homely. Ive been most impressed by the Manager, Magen. Wow! What a tough job. She attends to details without complaint or any hint of reluctance in her voice. If I was being cared for I certainly would want her in charge.

Alta Ridge is operated by a great group of individuals. The owners of SAL Management not only have a genuine passion for senior citizens, but they provide their team with a wealth of knowledge based on experience. Each of them has held a variety of positions, within the industry, that allows them to relate to their team and shape their communities in a way other industry leaders cannot. The administrator, Magen, has many years of experience in both the industry and in her position. This is a challenging and never-ending role, that she has fully dedicated herself to. On many occasions, she is at the community after hours, helping her team and ensuring that things behind the scenes are in order. Even when she is not on-site, she is very assessable. It is impossible for one person to be everywhere at one time. However, Megan takes her job very serious and when made aware of an issue, she addresses it quickly and appropriately. She is constantly working to ensure that Alta Ridge is the best community. In addition, several members of the Alta Ridge team have worked in this community for many years. This shows their love and commitment to not only the residents, but also, the families, coworkers, and community itself. To many family members, Alta Ridge is more than just a place to visit Grandma, its a second home. Often times you will see a family member volunteering with resident outings, lending a hand to the team in a busy moment, and bonding with other family members, staff, and residents. This is rare for assisted living and something Alta Ridge should be proud of. Overall, Alta Ridge provides residents with affordable care in a safe, well-maintained, and loving environment.

Wow! So impressed by how amazing this assisted living is. Magen is the administrator and she is the most kind and caring person around. Couldnt ask for a better person to lead a team of professionals caring for our elderly population. The building is always clean and inviting and they are always providing so many fun activities to keep everyone entertained. The food is top notch and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this assisted living to anyone looking for a place for their parent or parents to live.

I would recommend this memory care to any of my loved ones who may need it in the future. Great staff, great management and the residents all seem very happy and well cared for. Its a breath of fresh air to know there is such a wonderful place to provide assistance in caring for the elderly when they can no longer care for themselves. 10-10 for sure! Thanks to all the staff for loving these elderly people so very much, it really shows!

The best! Was sad to see that my mother only lived about a week after we found this place. Was looking so forward to her being here and meeting new friends.
