The assisted living facility at Coventry (Escalante) was the best solution for our mother who was 97 when we moved her there over three years ago. Every amenity listed on our contract was provided. For the last two years, conditions have declined at Escalante at Coventry Assisted Living on Whitmore Way. In the year since Escalante took over, it has declined even further. The most urgent issue is the lack of professional meal planning, supervision, food preparation, and servers. My family will meet with the Director to voice concerns and assist with solutions that will improve the quality and continuity of food served to our seniors. This is definitely a place for mom and dad and any loved ones. I left part of my wife hear in 2011 in assisted living. I was beckoned to come back hear that is what i intend to finish my life out. That is what i plan to do is die here where everybody that comes up to see me tells me this is part of heaven. I know that I feel my Wifes spirit all the time I know i am in the right place. rudy

We arranged for my mother to stay at Escalante at Coventry after being diagnosed with advanced cancer and enrolling her in hospice care. From Ashlee in Marketing through to the nurses, aides, food service staff, maintenance and activities coordinators, this facility was outstanding throughout our 3-week stay. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating and the facility was very clean, organized and pleasant. Escalante helped make the last few weeks with our mother a positive experience for all of us and I would highly recommend it to others.

I visit some people at this Assisted Living Center and every time I go there I am impressed by the friendlyness, helpful attitude, and attentativeness of the staff working, the place is always Spic-N-Span clean, residents rave about the food, and activities all day long.

We moved my 89 year old Mom from upstate New York to The Wentworth at Coventry about 7 weeks ago and the experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend The Wentworth at Coventry, the staff have been extremely helpful with her transition.

We first met Ashlee in 2020 at the height of the lockdown. Although my parents opted at that point to remain at home, Ashlee kept in contact. This week my parents are finally ready for the move and Ashlee was very helpful in the process.

My mother moved Assisted Living facilities during COVID and what would have been a very stressful time was made much easier thanks to Ashlee LaCharite and the rest of the Coventry staff. Along with her dog, my mom was welcomed into the fold quickly. While she is still adjusting, my mind has been set at ease that she is truly getting the best possible care.

We moved my 92 year old Grandmother into the Wentworth at Coventry in January. Ashlee was extremely helpful it getting everything set up. The rest of the staff was also wonderful at helping us with anything in regards to her care. She was only there a short time but we are grateful for everyone at the Coventry.

Hello everyone, I am Juana and I work at Coventry Independent Living. I have worked in this building for 15 years and during those years I have been happy working here. I recommend this building to live. Elegance has strived to put good food on the tables of residents and employees. There is a good team of receptionists, a very good saleswoman who has made an effort in this difficult time to have new residents. Our new Executive Director is very kind and understanding. Our new chef (in my opinion) makes delicious food and our cooks are hard-working people who go out of their way to prepare delicious food. Care team do a good job. The housekeeping team tries to be a good job. The most important point of working here is to serve people who need our help. . I have worked here for a little over 2 years and I love the staff as well as the residents. I feel that this is a GREAT place to be. Management is always available when you need them no matter what it is for. Everyone here works together as a team and thats what every place needs. The residents are are our first priority and always will be. Its an amazing place to have your family and know that they are very cared for.

The Wentworth at Coventry is a great senior living community. Under the leadership of Rudy, the Executive Director, the team takes awesome care of the residents. I have had the privileged of staying at Coventry as a guest in one of their studio apartments. IT WAS INCREDIBLE!! I have never received such a thoughtful and welcomed greeting anywhere. When I asked the Executive Director Rudy if this was something special he said We wanted to give you the same experience each of our residents get. Ashlee the Sales Director, had a few items in the welcome basket that were specific to what I love and care about. She is incredible at the details and making someone feel special. The concierge Lisa and Whitney are always so kind and helpful. Bruce (another concierge) was super great and printed off some suggested trails to check out in the area. If you are looking for a community for you or a loved one to call HOME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking out The Coventry. THANK YOU TEAM COVENTRY for giving me a home away from home! My mom has lived in the various levels of care at Coventry for the past several years. I am truly impressed by the current aid staff down in the MC unit. A special shout out to CNA, Alexess. No matter how busy it may be, she always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to make sure my mom is cared for and feels loved. I am grateful!

What more can you say about a place and staff that goes above and beyond. We have two members of our family here, and Ashlee has gone above and beyond in answering our questions and making us feel comfortable in trusting the staff with our parents care. Ashlee, and the whole staff express caring and compassion to alleviate our apprehensions. Having no Covid cases during this pandemic speaks volumes of the safety protocols in place. The care my grandmother has received at Coventry can only be described as negligent and life endangering. Every time she has called for assistance whether it was to receive help with her food or help getting out of her bed she has had to wait over 30 minutes before anybody has come to assist her. We are lucky that she has not fallen yet but if she had a fall and broke something there is little reason to believe she would survive without timely help. Do not leave your loved one here if you are interested in their health and well being. Very disappointed with Coventry

My great grandma and great grandpa lived here before they died both from a stroke not at the same time. before they lived there they likved with my grandma but hey had to move here cause it was the only thing they could somewhat afford before my great grandma and great gradnpa had problems. It was a good fit for them, becuase they where happy people and everyone who worked there at the time and even the other elderly where happy and the front deks people knew what they where doing. I made sure that every one was happy such as my gradma and grandpa, cause i bet some of them didn't have family visit so everytime i went to church with them or ate dinner with them(which their food and chocolate ice cream with chocolate sauce was good) i'd make mt rounds to all the friends i made there and give them hugs and let them do grandma and grandpa like things to me because i didn't care what they did, and id even go and do that stuff even if i was just going to stay in my grandma and grandpas room. Even though they are dead now and have been for a while the people i was close to where my great grandmas friends wes, lonnie, and whoever else sat with. some others that where my friends where named carel, terry, and so much more but i have just forgotten their names because its been about 5 years, but i do rember that i was nice to everyone, now when we drive by though the place looks a little run down now and a bit depressing but its stilla pretty place i havent been in sense early 2015 sense my great grandparents have died thats why i dont vidit anymore

The staff at The Wentworth at Coventry are amazing! I've never met a more devoted team to their residents and each other. The Coventry offers so many wonderful services to its residents and all of these services are lovingly provided by the dedicated staff. I feel lucky to be a part of this wonderful community.

I cannot express my happiness at making the decision to come back and work at The Coventry. I left two years ago for what I felt was a better career opportunity only to find out within those two years that I made a huge mistake. I missed the unconditional love we all had for each other and the mutual respect we had. I missed the residents whom I served and the relationships with their families. I applied for the position I am at now with high hopes I would be rehired. They accepted my request! I am once again a part of this great team and I couldnt be happier. This is where I want to retire.

In the market for my grandparents and I realize that everyone has a standard of living they'd like to maintain (or upgrade to) - but I thought that Wentworth was comparable to many other senior living places. When I took a tour of the place, our guide was professional and did a great job explaining not only pointing out amenities, but also the many different things the staff does to make it a comfortable place for residents. The tour alone was better than others I've been on at other places. Thanks guys!

My parents are pretty old considering my young age so I didn't even know where to start when looking for a place for them to move to when they can no longer take care of themselves. I just dropped in for a tour and the staff was very welcoming. Being a drop in, I thought I would have to make an appointment or wait a long time, but they were very accommodating. The place had a very nice feel and professional presence and the rooms were a perfect size for my parents. If something were to happen, I would feel comfortable that my parents would be well taken care of at Wentworth at Coventry.

My mother is in the memory care unit at the Coventry. I have been very pleased with the care that she receives. A special thanks to Nikki and Hope, Holly and Lara for all that they do for her. I really appreciate that I am called with any situation. I feel very much in the loop with what is happening with her care. Her room is without doubt the greatest memory care room in the valley. It used to be assistant living apartments, so they are large and spacious with a separate bedroom and walk in closet. It is very clean, and they decorate for every occasion. I think the food can be improved on, but I know they are working on that. Thanks for all you do for mom. I feel so secure knowing that she is being so cared for.
