The management and staff here at the Seville are extremely caring, professional folks, who serve with a sense of remarkable pride. Our tasty, nutricious meals are served in a dining room that many compare to a luxurious cruise ship, or if you prefer, meals will be delivered to your apartment. Trained, friendly, courteous housekeepers visit once a week to clean your apartment and change the sheets and towels. Common areas are always being cleaned and disinfected as needed for your health and safety. Highly skilled, friendly maintenance persons are there to change a lightbulb, a wall switch, fix a dripping faucet, oil a squeeky hinge, unclog a drain, paint a wall, or whatever it takes to maintain a well run residence. A variety of very interesting activities, classes, and concerts are scheduled every week. A new, qualified hair stylist has just come on board to serve in Sevilles very own salon. Seville even has its own bus for trips to your doctor or the store. Parks, the city library, a live performance theater, shopping malls, churches, doctors offices, and highly rated hospitals are all fairly close and accessible by Uber, your car or our bus. We have our own common library, game room, activity room, free laundry rooms, theater room, and Atrium with a chandelier that swoops down from its four story ceiling, where many of our concerts and other entertainment takes place. The landscaping is well cared for and the quarter mile walk around the yard is delightful, with benches and rocking chairs available to just relax and take it all in!

The parking to visit is pretty much none existent. They have a parking lot but recently put up signs that say it was only for the residents use only. Where are visitors allowed to park?

As a family we give The Seville 5 STARS!! Everyone that works here is super great, super helpful, super friendly and super efficient at getting things done. We are in the process of moving our mom here and we are VERY HAPPY about our family decision to have our mom here. Plus, everyone who we have met so far living here has been so friendly and so welcoming. This move is a big change for our mom as she is moving from a house where she has lived by herself for many years and we believe she is going to Love it Here! Thank you Seville for all you have done...we are very appreciative as a family.

Visit the Seville and you will find that they go out of their way to make it a wholesome and enjoyable place to live. Great food with a talented Chef, attentive kitchen staff, activities galore, and a welcoming environment for those who visit. Christmas Lutu made all the difference in our selection of the Seville as the best assisted living location for our parents. He is upbeat, treats the residents like family, and extends a welcoming spirit to visitors. Two thumbs up for Christmas Lutu and the wonderful people at the Seville.

Very friendly. Nice clean and cared for atmosphere. Happy staff. Food available all day and visitors can eat with the family member for a very good price. Very little parking though, but visitors can park for their stay with the residents.

my grandparents lived here and during the time they stayed here my grandma (who had dementia) escaped and was found MILES away by police. Who knows if they even missed her? and my grandpa had some bad falls and his room was kinda blah. They did like the social aspect here but the next place my grandpa (hospice) went to after my grandma passed was waaaaay better.

I don't live here, I visited. I think this place is comparable to a resort. I really liked what I saw. If I decide in my future that I would like to live in a retirement community I will be checking this place out. They were all so friendly and the residents made me feel so at home.

My husband and I managed The Seville for 5 years. We absolutely loved having the opportunity of serving 'The Greatest Generation'. I was able to stop by the other day to visit some old friends; one of which was Linda Nelson, their Enrichment Coordinator. Linda is full of smiles and laughter and the residents love her. She is always thinking of new ways to brighten the days of the people who live at The Seville. From her talented singing voice to her Chinese cooking demos, she fills the time with interesting, educational, and just plain fun things to do. The Seville is lucky to have her. She and her residents are the spark that makes The Seville a great place to live.
