I have been here now, at first it was a friendly place but lately the staff has shut their humanity when comes to caring even those on the independent living side. I had a next-door neighbor who passed away and the aide upfront told me that they are not responsible for residents on independent living so they called the non-emergency number instead of sending an aide to help a person who fell out of his wheel chair, 2 days later he was found dead in his apt. the food is the same thing but just placed on different days, no variety. I reccommend you do not send loves here.

The staff here is awesome. I have someone I love living there and I never worry that she is not getting the care she needs. There is a lot of compassion in those buildings and you can feel it when you are there. The prices are better than much of their competition with as good or better level of care as far as I have seen.

I highly recommend Country Pines Retirement Center! The staff there is really nice, they love doing fun activities with the residents and try really hard to make sure they are happy, comfortable, well taken care of, just all around really sweet! Way better then the retirement centers I’ve seen my family in while growing up.. So thank you everyone for keeping this place feeling so alive and full of love!

My father died here from natural causes. He seemed to enjoy it here. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Ive had great communicating success with the friendly and attentive staff. Clean facility with some nice updates. Very homey. They have been very accommodating to my dads needs. My dad says the food is terrible, but the kitchen staff is willing to cook his steak when he buys them. Overall, very satisfied with what Country Pines offers.

I have a client Ive been helping for a few hours a week in her home who really needed more than that. But shes been so scared to leave her home and hasnt been interested in any of the other options. Someone from Country Pines came to meet with her and helped address all of her worries about it. She is now excited to move! And Im incredibly relieved that she will have the support she needs. As a hospice nurse, I visit a lot of assisted living facilities, as well as skilled facilities (nursing homes). Country Pines definitely has a very home like feel when you walk in, and you are quickly greeted by their very friendly staff! The building is very clean! I often notice how GOOD the building smells. One of my favorite things about Country Pines is the communication! Becky (especially) knows what's going on with her residents, and she is available to take my calls or texts after hours or on the weekends so that we are on the same page. It is obvious that the whole staff has gone into their care-taking roles because they truly care. I will recommend Country Pines for my future patients!

My family and I love going to Country Pines to provide entertainment. The staff is very friendly and they offer frequent activities for the residents. The environment is always very friendly and positive. The residents seem well-taken care of and happy to be there.

My father-in-law has lived in Country Pines since 2011. He has really enjoyed his stay here. He likes that they feed him well, provide lots of activities, and there is always somebody nice to talk to. I have also had my sister-in-law live here and also my aunt. When considering a place for your loved one this is a close convenient place to shopping and entertainment. I also like that Country Pines is very open to having different denominations coming in to help serve the residents spiritual needs as well. The church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints actually has a small branch at Country Pines. The members are included in callings and ministering assignments. Country Pines has also been very accommodating in helping the residence to be able to go to the temple Often.

Ive recently worked a lot with Mathew at country pines regarding my father. I feel he and several other members of the staff have fought to provide the best care for my father! His needs are met on a social level, as well as, on a physical level and it is done with genuine compassion. I have yet to see a member of the staff be anything but phenomenal with my dad. Im so beyond grateful for their diligence and hard work.

I have been lucky enough to work for Country pines for almost three years , and there has been a lot of positive changes these past two years. We got a whole new management team (Matthew, Becky, Ashley) who really care about their residents and also their employees. I've worked at Country Pines for almost a year and I love it! Our management team is amazing and very approachable. It is easy to see how much they care about their employees and residents. I've worked with both the RCC and executive director closely on many occasions, but especially in times of crisis management; their professionalism and PR work is outstanding. I have had the pleasure of working with Country Pines with my mothers care both on the independent side of the community, as well as the Assisted living side. This place is fantastic, its clean, they have fun activities to keep there residents entertained, and the dinning halls and awesome with the meals they prepare. The staff is second to none, this facility truly place the individual needs as priority. They are friendly, patient, and very understanding of their patients expectations. And try to accommodate when applicable. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for there loved ones....shoot Ive already made my reservations to be sent here for when my kids get ready to place me somewhere. Country pines is a great place with great people that care about your family as well.
