I would never have guessed that having one young woman, who has become a best friend, could make such a difference in my life. Waking up 5 days a week to her cheerful good morningis so much better than an alarm clock that jars me into wakefulness.Over the many months that she has been coming I have benefited from her cheerful positive attitude about my numerous aches and pains. We have a routine that launches my day into meaningful activity. If someone had said that two hours in the morning could set a standard for a busy efficient day I would never have believed it could be this good.I am able to take care of many things for myself, but the few things that would be impossible for me, like getting on my compression hose each day, getting the wash put in, help with a timely breakfast and many other details have made her an invaluable part of my life and a precious friend.During the pandemic her friendship has kept me from feeling isolated. I look forward to the 2 hours we spend together as a time to share news,happy and sad. I was so excited when she got engaged and showed me her beautiful ring! As an 88 year old i feel that there are some bits of wisdom that i can offer her for the meaningful beginnings of creating a family of her own.Thank you so much for providing this invaluable service.

They provide everything their caregivers need to extend the best possible service to the clients in their care. They do this by personably consulting with the family about every aspect of the clients care so as to communicate it to us before each shift to prepare us to know how to make the most out of every interaction with the client and be successful in creating the most desirable experience.3 - They are professional and are extremely comprehensive in knowing every detail about every clients care, to answer questions the caregivers have about the clients and are extremely competent to assist caregivers in resolving issues or providing timely solutions regarding the care of each client and each new client, including details of those that require skilled medical care.4 - They are excellent at communicating with and providing a fantastic experience for the caregivers to know about opportunities for working hours. The people at this company are top notch! Not once did I ever worry about the people who came to stay with my Dad. They were all very well qualified, prepared and eager to do the best job they could. These folks are wonderful. They really work to put folks with my Mom who are a great match. Every concern is given full attention and they always let me know when the assistants helping Mom are concerned about something and follow up to see how things are going. Their billing is spot on and they are able to build in bonus payments to the assistants. Without their boots on the ground Id probably need to relocate. I trust them... and thats saying something.

I am presently employed with Home Care Assistance in Salt Lake City, Utah. I have only worked for a short time with this organization, however this company is great to work for, and I like that they try and match up clients and caregivers to give them both the best experience possible. They make sure you are current on your required courses, as well as personal requirements also, which is good for their client safety. I myself live over an hour away from their home office, but they are very flexible with me, and Im able to do a lot of their in-services on-line in the comfort of my home without traveling. They also take care of their caregivers and have their best interest in mind. I love my job and have been very satisfied so far with this company. The staff is always willing to listen to what our needs are and adjust the schedule accordingly. There have been many times my grandma has fallen and has needed additional care and they are always willing to provide more care. They are always there for us. Very polite staff. If ever we have questions or concerns, I can text them and receive a timely response. No one shows more compassion and love towards your loved one than Home Care Assistance. They make sure your loved one is physically cared for but they go beyond that. They spend time playing games, reading, cooking, baking, doing physical exercise, light housekeeping and watching favorite shows or movies with them. They even spend time conversing and celebrating special occasions with your loved ones. I wouldnt trust anyone else with your loved ones care.
