This place has taken care of my papaw for over a year and done an excellent job! They provide good food for all the residents and always have some kind of activity to do to keep the residents busy. Couldnt recommend a better place in the Waco area, Heartis is the place to be!

Heartis Assisted Living-Memory Care community is my favorite place in Waco. It is very well kept, the food looks delicious, activities are always going on and the residents are always having fun. The staff and Residents are very welcoming. It is definitely the perfect place for Mom and dad!

Heartis is a great place to be for senior adults! The culture of the community encourages the residents to find purpose in their activities by giving back to their community in the form of volunteering their time and talent, as well as taking part in their community through jobs! The staff are loving and caring and make every resident feel at home! They are their when needed, but also encourage independence for as long as possible! We recently moved our mom into an assisted living apartment at Heartis Waco. We have been very pleased!! Employees are not afraid to take ownership of a situation and get done what needs to be done to take care of their residents. Heartis residents are not just residents; they are family! I think at Heartis, the staff are very caring and personable. Heartis has a ton of activities such as learning activities, interactive and engaging activities for their residents. Very active in the surrounding Waco community. My mom was there and they took the best of care I could ever ask for.

Wonderful staff who are very attentive to my mothers needs. I have always seen her treated With complete respect and joy. Beautiful facility too and visiting is always encouraged at Any time. All the residents are darling people there who are a family of sorts and it is fun getting to know Each of them.....they may have a few issues but they all have been wonderful people and they Still are.

As an area physician I can attest that Heartis of Waco is a good place for elder care needs - but the care provided in the Memory Care Unit makes the facility OUTSTANDING in our community. Miss "Fon" is the most kind, loving, and attentive CNA that has been my pleasure to know. She attends to her residents like her own family and is loved and appreciated by many family members who see her endless efforts to make a real difference in the lives of all the residents under her care - no matter how challenging or demanding their cognitive condition may be.

We chose Heartis for my loved one because she has very specific needs, and Heartis is able to meet them. The staff here are great. They are very helpful, and they're just very attentive to my loved one. I think she is very happy with the food, and I appreciate that they keep the community very clean. Even though my loved one hasn't participated yet, they seem to have a lot of actives and get togethers for the residents in the community. We are very happy with Heartis so far, and would recommend the community to others.
