I think this is an excellent care facility. My father is very well cared for by the loving and consistent staff in Plano. The food is very good - I've eaten it - and the space is really nice, with a lofted ceiling in the great hall, well equipped rooms with their own shower, and no shortage of people tending to his needs. Our family has experience with other facilities and this one is the best of them all, and the price is very reasonable, too. There's just a lot of love at the Villagio and I'm grateful my father will spend his last days in such good care. I cannot speak to the other reviews on this site, but I am not seeing the issues others are. I don't think this is from a lack of trying, we have a high expectation of care and, to date, the Villagio has delivered.

A while ago I had taken a tour of the community, and really liked what I saw. In my few visits, it has truly impressed. The Building is full of smiling, respectful employees. Villagio knows what they are doing when it comes to taking care of their residents.

I truly enjoy what I do and I see that same trait in the people doing the job around me. I see incredibly bright and competent people in our communities every day. My grandpa has lived in this community for years the Executive Director does whatever she can to ensure myself and my grandpa are happy. All the staff are very nice whenever I visit. We are so blessed to have grandpa is such a caring place.
