Cerna Home Care provides wonderful caregivers and CNAs to assist people in their home and keep them out of a nursing environment. This is a great small family owned company, not a franchise, that provides personalized care to people who need it.

Wow! They have made life so much easier. I know any care attendant they supply will be responsible and provide great care. Would use again. They handled all the scheduling of services for me and made a customized care plan for our individual needs then paired us with caregivers that fit perfectly. Totally worth it for the sanity alone.

I am continuing the long recovery from partial spinal cord injuries received in a motorcycle accident back in July of 2016. When it was time in July of 2018 to return home after another in a string of surgeries, I had to admit that I was going to need at least some help from an outside caregiver. Being a rather private person and quite adjusted to living alone this thought made me pretty uncomfortable. Following my first face-to-face meeting with Kenny we agreed that (7) days per week, (4) hours per day, in the mornings would be appropriate and he matched me with the perfect home care technician to suit my needs. By the time she and I spent her first day together my apprehensions faded as it was evident that our personalities were going to click as well! After about 6 months now we have cut back to Monday through Friday Mornings and continue to work very well together- I could not be happier. My overall experience with Cerna Healthcare Plano has been very positive. Frankly I have not had any problem that needed special attention, but I know that Kenny or Maxine and their caring help are only a call away should one develop. Or if I simply need to make a change or ask for a special accommodation. Dave

Kenny Burns was so helpful when we needed help caring for my father, who suffered from Alzheimers. Whenever we needed help, Kenny was there to sort things out. People are always different, and the care givers provided to us ranged from merely OK to absolutely fantastic! But it should be noted that even the OK caregivers still cared for Dad and no one showed any signs of mistreating him. I would recommend his services to anyone in need. My only caveat is that family should pay attention to the caregivers and make sure they get the fantastic ones whenever possible 🙂
