My mother has lived at this facility for over a year now, it’s a very clean and respectable retirement facility. They treat their residence as if they were family, treating them with dignity, and respecting them just as they are. Very affordable for all the wonderful services they provide.

I have a parent that has been at Cambridge Court for about five months now. The facility is bright and clean, and the people are warm and friendly. One person that has helped our family make this transition easier is a lead medication aide named Leslie. Shes always there when we have a question and truly goes beyond and above in every aspect of her job! Shes been an angel! Its people like her that make this facility a wonderful choice for senior care.

My friend has been at Cambridge Court approximately 3 years. I cant say enough about Cambridge Court. From maintenance all the way to the top, everyone is so pleasant. My friend really loves residing at Cambridge. All of her needs are met and some. My friend can be a handful at times but the staff knows how to get a big smile from her. Cambridge Court is one big family thats being cared for by excellent staff members. Im so glad my friend is residing at Cambridge Court.

My mother was an advanced Alzheimers resident. I would visit frequently, on different shifts and days. The staff were always responsive and professional. Mom was engaged in activities, she was calm, and even when she couldnt recognize me, she was never stressed or afraid. Everything was always clean and the food was good. We were able to have little family parties to celebrate birthdays and holidays. They helped my whole family, not just my mother, during the progression of this terrible disease. We will always be grateful.

I have had a family member residing at Cambridge Court for about 4 years. It has been a wonderful experience. Whenever I have visited, I have been greeted with a smile and pleasant conversation. They listen to my concerns or complements. If I have questions, they answer them or guide me to someone who can. The facility has a home feel to it with decorations and furniture in the hallways. They decorate for holidays and special occasions to give the residents a festive environment in which to live. The facility is kept clean. Even after several months in quarantine last year, when I was able to visit, everything was surprisingly clean. The aids that I have known there are kind and helpful. They seem to truly care for my relative. They are helpful in the daily activities from helping with cleaning up and dressing, to help with straightening up the room, and getting them to meals and activities. During the quarantine, they helped me to communicate, they helped deliver gifts and snacks, and they let me know when something was needed. The med aids are also very helpful and keep me aware of needed supplies or medicine needs or problems. I am very pleased with the care that is given to my relative. I would recommend Cambridge Court for assisted living.

I know researching, interviewing, and selecting an assisted living facility for your loved one can be one of the most difficult decisions to make. You want to ensure you are making the absolute best decision for the care and security of your family member. Well, look no more……. Cambridge Court in Mesquite is exceptional. My mother has been living at Cambridge for two years and she is treated with the utmost respect and receives excellent care. The administration and staff are long tenured and treat the resident (and their families) as their own attending to every individual want, need and desire. COVID has been difficult as well and Cambridge has met and exceeded our expectations for ensuring the facility, residents and staff are safe. They have escalated and enhanced their normal outstanding protocols for cleaning, creative interaction for the residents and service-family guest requirements to a higher standard than before the outbreak. You will certainly have peace of mind if your family member lives at Cambridge.

I was just calling to get information about this facility and Melody (Im sorry if I misquoted your name) was so kind and patiently listened. Even though this facility didnt meet my moms needs, she kindly gave me a resource and stated that if I needed any additional assistance, I could reach out to her. It is extremely stressful and tiresome to be a caregiver and what makes the difference are those willing to give a helping hand along the way. Thank you, Melody, for being an advocate for caregivers and senior citizens. You are definitely in your element and as a result, you are a blessing to everyone who crosses your path!

Cambridge Court is one special place!!! When you are confronted with placing your loved one in assisted living, it can be very overwhelming! The people at Cambridge made our move an easy transition. They were very supportive. The staff became a part of our family. Their care was done with love. The facility is always clean and management keeps things running smoothly. The Director is always available to answer all your questions and concerns.....her door is always open. Cambridge is like walking into a loving home!

My mother has made Cambridge Court her home for 18 months. It has been a wonderful experience. The staff are caring, patient and consistently give me the feeling they love their jobs. I have been extremely impressed by something many may feel is insignificant - the facility always smells good! I love the fact that a pleasant person is going to be coming to her room numerous times daily: to give her medications, empty trash, give a reminder of meals or events taking place. And they even check on her through the evening. My previous concerns about her living independently was her falling often and not being found for hours. Assisted living was the answer. Those concerns vanished. With the good care shes receiving, shes healthier and hasnt even had a fall during her time at Cambridge Court. Im a fan! Debra Hochgraber

My mom has been at Cambridge for about 10 yrs. now. Started out in ASST. Living side, then few yrs. ago in M/C. I know they take care of their residents, loving them like their own parents/grandparents. Peace of mind is important to me (no siblings) so I would not consider any other place for mom.

My family and I are so very thankful for Cambridge Court Assisted Living Facility and the wonderful staff lead by their top-notch leader, Joy Pepper. My mother-in-law was there soon after the facility opened. She lived their for almost nine years. We went through five directors before Joy came. She brought so much "joy" and fun to Cambridge Court. She brought stability and good care. She surrounded herself with a fantastic staff. I know that they have some staff who come and go but I believe, on the most part, that they come and learn how to love on and care for the residents and get so good at it, that they receive offers for other jobs. Joy then gets to work to find others to take their place. She surrounds herself with good people! Cambridge Court was "home" to my mother-in-law. It became "home" for us, as well. We never felt like we were intruding or not welcome. We fell in love with not only the staff but the residents as well. In fact, my mother visited many of her friends there. When she turned 90 after the unexpected death of her closest friend, she began to tell me that she wanted to move to Cambridge Court. In a way, it was a difficult decision for me (at first) because she lived five houses down from me. However, I knew that it was the best decision for her! My mother became very actively involved and loved every minute of it. She loved the residents, her beautiful room and the wonderful staff! I think she also loved the food and that everything was always so fresh and clean, and she didn't have to do any of it. 🙂 Without hesitation, I highly recommend Cambridge Court Assisted Living Facility. We have wonderful memories of our twelve plus years there that we called "home" for our loved ones! Thanks to Joy Pepper and staff for so many good times and for loving on and caring for our most precious family!

My mother has lived at Cambridge Court for 6 years. She lived in an Assisted Living apartment and now is a Memory Care Resident. The residents are treated as and told they are family from day one. The staff is led by the dynamic Joy Pepper. There are very high expectations for all of the care givers. I do not worry about my mother. We love and respect those caring for mom. The facility is well maintained and very clean. Thank you, Joy. David, Carol, and all of your staff for a job well done.

From our first visit to the end of our Father's 5 year stay, the Cambridge Court facility and staff was amazing. We always felt so comfortable visiting and our Father was well cared for and loved. We would highly recommend this care facility to anyone who has that need. The Memory Care Staff was incredible! Such a comfort to know our loved one was cared for and loved so much! Both my parents have this place home. My mother was submitted to memory care for the last year she was alive. My aunt, her sister, also lives there. Now, my father is in assisted living. We knew Cambridge was the place for him because of the quality care they gave Mom. I've received a number of calls directly from the staff concerning any issue for Dad. The food is good and the property is clean. If you are looking for a facility, whether for Assisted Living or memory care, I highly recommend Cambridge Court

I am so thankful our family found Cambridge Court. My mother lived in an assisted living apartment for about a year. The staff was awesome! They were patient and caring. They were also available to answer our questions and help guide us through moving my mom from her home to Cambridge Court. Joy is the best; so compassionate and caring. The staff really cares about the residents. Not only their physical well-being, but emotional as well. You can tell that it's much more than a job to them. They have a passion to help others. I highly recommend Cambridge Court!

Victoria Villa is by far the best senior care option in the area. After spending weeks visiting all the Assisted Living Facilities in the area my family decided on Victoria Villa. It is a clean, safe, and obviously beautiful facility. The care is also top notch at the amount of staff they keep on duty is incredible!

Such a great place for a loved one. The staff is excellent and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. I go and visit all the time and it has such a relaxing appeal. My grandmother looks happy and is treated very well. I visit often to make sure shes okay and she seems very happy. She made new friends too!

My mom has been at Cambridge Court for almost 7 years in memory care. The staff is AMAZING. They have wonderful activities for the residents and the food is great also. There is always something fun going on there and this is just what my mom needs. She especially enjoys the singing activities. I have peace of mind knowing that my mom is in a wonderful place. Just want to make a public shout out to the amazing people at Victoria Villa assisted living in Davie, Florida. My mother has lived there more than ten years due to dementia. The care she has received is just the best, in a homelike environment where residents are treated with dignity. The facility is well equipped to weather storms and disasters; when hurricane Irma approached I offered to fly down and help through the storm, but they they described their robust plan and complete preparations - nothing I could add. They even retained phone service - I just spoke with them at height of storm and confirmed all well. My heartfelt thanks to all the staff there.

Victoria villa is the best assisted living facility Ive ever come across in my whole life when it comes to patient care. Lucie ensure that everything is in place and all patient are well taken care of . The nurses and CNAs are very professional and observant. There should be no second thought in placing your parents ,grandparents and any other family member in the facility as there is a ?? % guarantee that they will be talking care of. Lucie is the most amazing and extraordinary person Ive met in my life shes very easy to talk to and understanding , so make your appointment and go in to see her or Elizabeth (very nice lady) as theyll walk you through the process of finding home away from home for your family member thats in need of help. -former employee Abigail
