Although I did not settle into this community, the dedication of the staff member that assisted me was very professional. She went over and above to help me decide on the move. She was very patient and answered my repeated questions. The only reason I did not move to Emerson Pines was that the kitchen was not big enough for me. I love to cook and own many counter top gadgets. I loved that the apartments were very spacious aside from my preference of a big kitchen. Thank you!

Since moving in here I have been happy and really impressed with all the services provided. First of all the meals are fantastic. The restaurant is set up like a month four Star restaurant with each course coming one after another and the food is really really good. Second there is plenty of activities to do. We just had a St Patty party the other day. Bingo is at least twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday. There is dance club exercise, Domino's, cards and many more activities to do. Direct call has a movie room, a weight room, relaxation room and just all around quiet with Wi-Fi available. I have found that if there is a maintenance problem the maintenance people will be here within a very very short time. And they are very good at what they do. The office staff along with the rest of the staff are always friendly and take care of everything and explain everything to you. I am really glad that I found Emerson pines to move into. I highly recommend coming here

Since Emerson Pines was bought by a new owner, this property has definitely changed for the BETTER! I really enjoy every aspect of Emerson Pines, but I have to say that during my 11 1-2 years here, our new Director of Dining Services, Chef Justin is by far the best! Our menu has drastically improved! From the menu items, delicious tastes, and even presentation, are all at the same caliber as the finest restaurants in town.

Everything here at Emerson Pines is quite pleasant. I just recently moved in, and I couldnt be happier! The move-in process was rather seamless, especially with Annys help as their Move-In Coordinator. I was even invited to a New Resident Orientation where Brittany, the Life Enrichment Director walked us through everything that any new person needs to know about the ins and outs of Emerson Pines. I cant express how informative yesterdays Orientation was for all of us. Im definitely looking forward to all of the positive events and wholesome interactions that Emerson Pines has in store for me!

My husband and I really enjoy living here at Emerson Pines! Not only is it conveniently located to several businesses, medical offices and restaurants, but also the Memorial City Mall, and the Sugar Land Mall just happen to be right down the road. I really enjoy how upbeat the Communitys atmosphere is on a daily basis. The staff here are incredibly kind and hardworking individuals. Ms. Brittany is always having a wide assortment of activities happening on a daily basis. One of my personal favorites is her Jewelry Workshop that she has every week. We are constantly creating very beautiful pieces! Since the new Executive Director, Mr. Ernest has arrived, EVERYONE can definitely say that he is a Lets get the problem fixed the right way for the Residents, type of guy, and that is exactly the type of can-do Executive Director that Emerson Pines needed. Thank you, Emerson Pines, for keeping all of us safe during this troublesome year with the pandemic! Your dedication and hard work definitely does not go unnoticed.

Wow!!! Ever since our new property owner has purchased our complex, I can definitely say that Ive seen a night and day transition occur in the most positive way possible. Since the purchase took place last February 2020, everyone can see the positive changes, primarily due to building quite a team of dedicated directors to help run the property like it should be done properly. Anytime that I need anything from any of the management team, they are always very courteous and respectful. Even if a Director doesnt have-know the answer right at that moment, they always seem to make the time to go and hunt for the correct answer. Truly, that is definitely a very hard trait to come by these days. Emerson Pines staff, thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting your hearts into our Community.

Mr. Ernest-Mrs. Lisa, I have not had a chance to meet you personally, but I feel that I know you through your Management team. Emerson Pines Senior Living is the fourth Management contractor of this facility since I moved in 11 years ago. I feel that your firm is serious in maintaining this property since youre making a large investment in our complex...and it definitely shows! Most residents have expressed their gratitude of how well you guys have done. Recently, I went on a resident outing with Brittany Randle and Zella Holman. Its so nice to be able to travel in our BRAND-NEW SHUTTLE!!! Brittany, our Activity Director is an excellent organizer and very creative at keeping the residents entertained. She maintains all of the protocols to keep us safe from the Coronavirus, which is very much appreciated. The Shuttle Driver, Zella, is likewise proving to be an excellent employee of your company. This review is just to express my appreciation of how much your team has done for me personally, as well as my fellow residents. Keep up the good work and thank you all, for a job well done!

Since moving to Emerson Pines, and recently going through the transition of having new management, I honestly couldnt ask to be a part of a better senior living community! Everything has changed for the better, by far indeed! From beautiful renovations, to delicious food prepared by Chef Jocelyn, all the way to a very upbeat Activity Department! Brittany is our new Activity Director, and she has so many vibrant activities happening daily that are appealing to all sorts of people and their interests. We always have a very wide assortment of activities and-or classes to participate in, that range from BINGO, cardio-exercise, yoga, painting, physically active games, DIY workshops, community service, socials and etc. Recently, we even made homemade soap and lotions that were infused with essential oils. We even have the opportunity to take part in cooking and now cake decorating classes! The best part about the Activity Department, is that Brittany is absolutely so easy to talk to. It truly doesnt matter if its about an idea or a suggestion to change something up, or anything else. She truly makes you feel that she really sees you, and values everything that you say. At our age, that quality is deeply valued in such a constantly busy world. If I, or anyone else goes to Brittany about anything, shes instantly on it to make it happen, or shes able to put her resources together to provide an answer. Since Brittany has taken over the Activity Director position here at Emerson Pines, I can whole-heartedly say that she has completely changed that department 180* around, which has allowed all of us to feel absolutely special! Were so blessed to have her here at Emerson Pines, because we are truly never not having a good time with all of the activities and events that are planned and put together by Brittany, herself. I absolutely love the arts and craft projects that shes always coming up with! Brittany even started to host her very own Jewelry Workshop, where we are literally making professionally made jewelry! When I found out that Brittany is actually a professional jewelry creator, with her very own jewelry line, I knew that Emerson Pines couldnt have blessed us with a better Activity Director who is undeniably extremely creative and talented...not to mention, she is incredibly humble and helpful! Brittanys workshops shock me most times, because shes able to show me that I can actually do things that turn out looking amazing...especially the jewelry, because its so elegant and pretty! Since I dont have family here in the Houston and surrounding areas, everyone here at Emerson Pines, whether it be other residents, to all of the staff, everyone has certainly become my family. I always enjoy the Trivia Sessions that Brittany has with us, so that our brains are always being challenged, and staying rather sharp. Our socials are always the extra highlights of the week, and shes always putting together an impressive time that generally has a theme to go along with it. Oh, and I cant possibly forget about our Tappin Tuesdays w- Mr. Maurice Daugherty who plays the piano, that Brittany sets up for us to enjoy. There are always Residents singing, dancing and clapping along to his festive tunes. I know that Covid-19 has effected the world tremendously and unfortunately has limited many on what they can and cannot do, but I just want to say that I, along with my fellow residents see how hard Brittany is working on a daily basis, and that she is doing anything humanly possible to keep all of us mentally, physically and socially engaged daily while keeping us safe from the virus.

Since recently moving here to Emerson Pines, everything has just been WOW! I mean ABSOLUTELY WoW!!! From the food prepared by Chef Jocelyn that is absolutely delicious to the courteous meal deliveries straight to our apartment doors during these difficult times. My wife and I cant tell you how much we appreciate it! The activity department is always putting together incredible activities and events to keep us upbeat and social, while always practicing safe and social distancing guidelines. There hasnt been a single activity or event that we havent like that Brittany has put together for all of us. Were already looking forward to the entertainment, Pina Coladas, and other activities that she has lined up for us next week. Joe and his team in the Maintenance department are always on top of any issue that pops up, with great timing. Imelda and her Housekeeping team will always have us forever grateful because they are always there to keep everything nice and clean. Emerson Pines staff, I just want to say that all of you make sure that we are always provided the utmost customer service, and we truly appreciate that from the bottom of our hearts.

My big sister has lived here for over 15 years. With the help of the staff she has been able to live as independently as possible. I so appreciate how much they truly care for her. During the Covid pandemic, they have really focused on keeping their residents healthy and safe. Emerson Pines not only monitors how residents are doing physically, they also realize residents are dealing with the isolation this pandemic has caused for Senior Adults. Its a blessing to have a facility that works with family members to care for their loved ones.

I have been very fortunate to live here for a little more than 17 years. During that time, I have seen 4 other management companies come, but I can honestly say that there hasnt been a more stellar management company than what we have now with Emerson Pines. If anything, ever arises no matter what the situation is, they are always on top of things to make everything better. I can definitely say that Emerson Pines is here to stay, as they make major improvements to 45-year-old community grounds. They are doing an absolutely fantastic job day in, and day out! The Executive Director, Leo has gathered an exceptional management team that is always striving to reach the next level. Every single resident can feel the complete levels of empathy, compassion and understanding that every member of the Emerson Pines staff has each day. Quite honestly, this team will never be second to none. Brittany, our Activity Director has done an absolute wonderful job with stepping into her new role here at Emerson Pines. She always makes sure to have activities constantly going, but most importantly makes sure that everyone is included and feels equal. She even goes the extra mile to tweak any activity so that anyone who has limited movement due to a previous stroke, RA, anxiety and-or panic issues, or etc. are still able to participate and have fun. Brittany has definitely been a breath of fresh air to the activity department since Emerson Pines has taken over, because you can really tell that she truly enjoys coming here every day, and literally puts her heart into everything that she does. I love that she also makes sure that we get all of our activity updates in our lunches for anyone that may have forgotten. I definitely love that we are able to see all of the Directors and office staff at our socials, because it allows us to have the chance to get to know them better. I definitely see that Emerson Pines is able to be so successful, because they truly are the definition of TEAMWORK.

Our servers in the Culinary Department here at Emerson Pines are absolutely amazing! They always deliver of our meals with the brightest smiles, and the most cheerful voices. I really value the fact that we can call in a substitution that is listed on our weekly menu to the Dining Department, if desired. I can never complain about the Housekeeping Department because they are truly a lifesaver when it comes to having my apartment cleaned, especially at my age. I am always extremely excited to see what our Activity Director has instore for us here at Emerson Pines. Our wonderful Activity Director always has us up and going so that we can stay active, learning new things, creating beautiful pieces of art, and always making new friends. Moving to Emerson Pines has seriously been the best move for me since retiring.

I absolutely love the level of great service that I, and the rest of the residents receive here at Emerson Pines! You can tell that the staff actually loves working here and interacting with the residents. I truly value that the staff is always here for us on a regular basis, and that I feel very accepted and valued. But most importantly I am always so happy to live here at Emerson Pines, because it literally is home. Its more than just an address thats listed on your drivers license...Its an actual home where you get to feel safe and you get an instant family as a bonus! Not to mention the rent is very affordable, the food is always prepared very well, and we get to still have a social life by attending the various activities around the community. I know that it isnt easy to cook for so many people with different tastes and health problems, but thank you! I truly mean that from the bottom of my heart. I really value living here at Emerson Pines, because even though my family isnt always able to travel to see me, I have definitely made a second family here, that not only consists of the other residents, but also the staff. Moving to The Gardens of Spring Shadows has proven to be a smart financial decision. Previously, I resided at another senior apartment but paid substantially more for the exact same amenities. Our chef hand picks fruits and vegetables off the delivery truck and turns them into delicious meals. The staff are accessible and are interactive with the residents. There are many planned activities to select from with shuttle service provided for special outings. Living at The Gardens of Spring Shadow offers me time to socialize with others as well as finding quiet time to relax in my own apartment. I love it here!
