My grandmother with dementia has been here for over 5 years. They have taken such good care of her! The entire staff is incredible and personable. The food is delicious! There are so many activities for everyone to participate in. It's like a cruise ship on land . I would live here when I'm old without hesitation!! ❤️❤️

Deciding it was time that Mom needed a higher level of care than we could give her was one of the most difficult decisions I’ve made in my 70 years. The guilt andgrievingcanbeoverwhelming. Thank goodness I found Angela and Kelly at Elmcroft CyFair. I found them to be professional and caring. They understood I was looking for a place in which to trust my precious loved one and the incredibly difficult process to commit to a particular place.We only moved Mom a couple of days ago and there will be adjustments to be made as she settles into a new lifestyle. Based on the sincere care all the staff has displayed so far I feel comfortable Mom’s future is bright and her safety secure. If that changes I’ll let you know.

My great grandfather is homed here, and it is always well kept and clean. He gets to eat meals with his friends, all employees are always polite and professional, and seemed to genuinely care for the residents. This place is 10 times better than the other home my great grandmother was in. He is happy and I am happy with the decision they made to place him here.

I love working here! Not many places that you can work at that you get along with all of your team members! I’m so proud to say that I am the support nurse here for 5 months strong now! All of our residents love us just as much as we love them! We all have so much fun and we teach each other different things everyday! I love working in such a cozy and loving environment, with onsite doctors and Nurse practitioners that really love and care for the residents just as much as we do that help me put resident & family safety, care, and concerns first! I love that I am able to not only able to care for our residents health, but emotionally, and physically as well. My Resident Assitants and Medication Technicians work hard at learning what to do to promote great quality of life and I’m always researching, learning and reteaching my staff as well. With the help of very vital team member Becky, Executive director, who see’s my vision and deep compassion that I have when it comes to my residents well being! Thank you Elmcroft team! ❤
