My mother in law has lived at Elison for quite a few years. She was recently in the hospital for an extended stay. While she was away we contacted Elison to see about getting her carpets replaced with wood flooring. We spoke with Reema and Samantha to make a plan. We cleared everything off the floors so work could begin. The flooring was replaced within 2 days. Next the cleaning ladies, Martha and Corrine came in to do a deep cleaning of her apartment. They did an amazing job! There was not a speck of dust or dirt in the place when they were done. We truly appreciated how hard they worked. Also want to give a shout out to Anthony and Miguel for their work on the flooring! We truly appreciate everything they do to help my mother in law be more comfortable!

Assisted Living Pros LOVES referring to The Elison. Samantha Juarez has been amazing to work with and goes above and beyond to make our clients transition as smooth as possible. Her compassion and loving nature is a true blessing. This is often a difficult transition and she makes it SO MUCH easier just by being her loving self.

Embark at Willow brook Park has been a blessing for my mom. It was hard finding a safe place in the area where she wanted to be. She had owned a 7500 sq ft home in Champions so it had to be nice enough as well. After walking over several retirement communities and senior living communities I noticed that most were open to a lot of sun and heat where mom would be spending time outside. At Embark there where 3 courtyards with 2 large gazebos. One with a pool, one with a putting green and one with more of a garden scene. All are very plush with flowers and greenery. The courtyards have 4 story buildings all around giving shade and a cool breeze all day. There are elevators everywhere for easy access. During Covid things are more quite, but they entertain the residents, take them to all important medical and shopping trips and they are all so nice to the residents 🙂 Most of all it is affordable compared to other options with similar packages. I am so glad we chose Embark for mom!

My wife and I have been here for almost 1 yr. and 1 month. Just loving all that we have here to enjoy. The Covid-19 has put a damper on a lot of the activities we use to enjoy. But this Management team has really come thru for us and kept us all safe and well fed. How can one complain? Even some activities of exercise, wine down Wednesday and fun Friday have pretty much kept us all happy. Try it and the price is right for me and others.

Its not the fanciest place and people ask what can dad possibly get for $1900 thats worth anything. Peace of mind that hes safe, good food, there are people that will listen and talk so hes not lonely often and theres something to do.

I had heard so many bad things about the old executive director. Im glad that didnt stop my family from choosing this place. The new gal Angela is as nice as can be. She always has an open office door to residents and even gave out her cell number. Glad this is home.

My dad and stepmother were very skeptical about relocating during the pandemic. Honestly, I was too. But, my father stated that all of their needs are met. Thank you Willowbrook for spoiling them and keeping them safe!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Embark at Willowbrook Park! There is a true sense of family amongst both the residents and the staff. Also, this beautiful senior living community offers the most comprehensive list of inclusive amenities. Well, without our Resident Enrichment Department here at Embark at Willowbrook Park, and the Director of that Department, Bridgette Lott, our Community would be a very dull place to live. Say for instance, you were considering our community as your next home, and were to ask me what are some of the things we have going on for here on a daily basis at Embark at Willowbrook Park? The first thing Id do is grab one of our monthly calendars, which, believe me, is so chocked full of different things to do, that youd be hard pressed to even accomplish half of them. My point is that there is something for everyones taste in fun, exercise, cards, swimming,reading, bingo , and too many more to mention. I know that when I came here, I thought that I could do three times as many coordinated activities as I have been able to. My recommendation about Embark at Willowbrook Park - Resident Enrichment Department is for us residents to utilize as many of the hard thought out and planned activities as pleases us. I also recognize that the Resident Enrichment Department under the guidance and control of Bridgette Lott, is well organized, and has lots of different and unique activities planned for all. We have visited a few and we were impressed with the well kept yards and the cleanliness of each of them. We met and got to know Brenda Carr in the memory care unit. We could end up there soon or later but if we do and you want to be in the hands of a caring and loving individual whose knowledge is unsurpassed and when you combine it with compassion. You have Brenda Carr and we thank God for her and her kindness. Our sales person Tami Braun was equally concered with us maintaining our indeprndance and dignity.
