This is the worst place to stay! I was sent from the hospital to rehab. The nurses are rude, unfriendly and have no bedside manners. They continuously gave me the wrong medicines 4 out of the 5 times they administered them to me. Most of the [inappropriate language removed] staff have no idea what they're doing, especially [name removed] on the 2nd floor . The only friendly people were the PT doctors. The food is TERRIBLE. After a 6 night stay I checked myself out and had my friend drive me to the ER, that was the only time they showed concern and said we can call an ambulance this was after they saw my friend picking me up. I even had to call the administrator to complain, but to no avail. Waiting on his return call...DO NOT take your loved one to this place!

Miss Olga Pacheco was one of the best experiences with gentle accuracy professionalism provided very efficient, very effective. Highly in tuned for the particular need loves assisting the ones in great need. The good Lord truly impressed me with sweetness of who Miss Olga is of pure heart great working performance that this wonderful place need more of. Place and patient is clean I am thankful so that it made my part of care be highly professional and loving at the same time, that patient deserves;)

My mom was at Watermark for rehab. While she was there, I looked at several assisted living rooms. Cathy Porter helped me thru all the details, considerations, availability etc. She was extremely helpful, even met my mom. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with senior living. I highly recommend her.

My mom was recently at Watermark for rehab. While she was there, I asked to view their assisted living rooms available, in case we needed to move her. Cathy Porter showed me a several rooms. She is so personable and knowledgeable of the facility and knowing what kind of needs may come up. She was a delightful person, and a pleasure to meet and deal with. She really puts the customer needs first, which made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend her.

Steve Waters is the best best administrator who has come to The Watermark at Broadway Cityview. His faculty and staff are very caring and compassionate. My relative has been there for over 20 days and is very satisfied the the services. The facility is very clean, excellent therapy sessions and the food is delicious. I recommend this skilled nursing facility to anyone. Sincerely,

This is the worst place to put your love one

This facility has gone DOWNHILL since being bought out by Watermark. They let go of the administrator and MANY of the Brookdale employees have left. The food is TERRIBLE and had been going down BEFORE Covid. My mom LOVED all of her friends there, but they have left or are on their way OUT. I moved my mom out of this facility a year ago into a townhouse and she is thriving. I feel so sorry for all of the elderly residents who are unable to move. PLEASE, do NOT put your LOVED ONE here and expect them to eat well, have activities or thrive. Such an expensive place for what you get.

This facility just fired their Executive Director who was hired in March who used a false name to get executive job. She also was just sentenced probation for impersonating a police officer. There is a Ft Worth Star article about it on June 24th. It's worth a read before making the decision if you want to live there or if you want your parents living there.

I have lived at Brookdale Broadway Cityview for over 7 years. All the employees are people-oriented, friendly, know their business, and are eager to make my life comfortable and enjoyable. The facility is terrific! Water aerobics, Zumba, Friday afternoon happy hour with dancing, out-to-dinner dates, and lots of special programs keep us busy and provide lots of social enteraction. You can live in an apartment or a villa and redo it to suit your own preference. We have made lots of friends and wouldnt consider living anywhere else!

Mom has lived in independent living a few years. Nice separate condo-like feeling w own garage & laundry for elderly loved one. Weekly Housekeeping included. Great positive community of neighbors. Cafeteria food was good before Covid hit, then everyone had to have meals in their own place-no social gatherings. Sad for everyone.Thankfully, brookdale (now called watermark had few Covid cases) Big shout out to Personalized Living services CRYSTAL TACHELL helped us ALOT to organize medication issues for mom. U can pay extra for dog walking, nursing services, ect...highly recommend the extra money is worth ur peace of mind.

Lived in Assisted Living for two years and am very happy with the care and service Ive received from the employees, the food in the dining room and the housekeeping and maintenance. It is very pleasing to have entertainment weekly and have opportunities to exercise and enjoy games daily.

Brookdale Broadway is an excellent community for those individuals looking to have all care needs in one location. The independent living section for active retired folks offers lots of activities and opportunity to be as social or private bas you choose. When the time comes that you need Assisted living its only a short move from one side of the property to another. Here you have people around the clock available at the pull of a cord. And when you need round the clock nursing care. They have skilled nursing and long term care on property. People seem happy to work here and you can see that they want to be here. And the popcorn and cookies they offer at the entrance help too!

I was here from middle of September until December 8, 2018. On the whole, I received very good care. I really want to point out Sabrina. She was so hard working and so nice. She bent over backwards to take care of my needs. I love her. The nurse, David, also worked hard to make my stay easier. If I needed surgical rehab again, this would be the place.

We visited for a meal and tour. Delicious fresh food with a big variety. Big apartments with many amenties. Talked to a lot of people who live there and not one negative comment.

My mother was there after a pacemaker being installed. Overall care I would rate at about a B-; many of staff have no sympathy for the patient. Response to call button very poor. Therapy I would rate at A. . Nurse aids rate at about a D. Nurses seemed very overworked. Staff under staffed. Floor 3was horrible. Floor 2 better. Seems they place those with short term rehab needs with long term nursing care patients and result is care is sub par. Seems Brookdale is deteriorating overall. Sad.

I arrived at Brookdale in June of 2016. As many of its residents I had left my own home. This was my first experience of living in a community setting, since going away to college at Purdue in the 50s! The move was a transition to be sure, moving itself a challenge even with the help of family and friends--many changes and challenges and new things to learn. Yet, from the first visit to Brookdale and tour of the facility (note: Janet Lawson drives a mean golf cart!) I found the staff to be warm, friendly and truly helpful. My neighbors and new friends were welcoming. Though not by nature a gregarious person, I am able to be as to myself or as sociable as I like. At Brookdale I feel at home -- free to entertain friends and family and to get on with life.!
