I have been at The Ridglea for a little more than 3 years. My Yorkie and I are both very happy here. The staff is as good as it gets. The Med Techs and the Care Givers are very professional and make every effort to take care of both me and the dog. While the dog is not their main job, they are kind enough to make sure she gets out to use the bathroom on Sundays while I am gone to church. The care staff has taken good care of me and my health and I am grateful. We have an Events Coordinator and she tries to always have something good for us to be entertained and kept a little busy, but not too busy. She has things for us to do both onsite and offsite. I like to take advantage when my health and the weather permits. One of the things I have enjoyed most here at The Ridglea is an opportunity to meet new people and make many friends. This is truly a pleasant home for us surronded by many folks of a like age and lots to talk about. And I will talk to any one who will listen to me about the Dallas Mavericks.

The impeccable staff, Brandi, Kaylee, Pam, Ashley and Keisha and the entire team make you feel at home. Mrs. Pam at The Ridglea is AMAZING! She is by far one of the friendliest and sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. She is on par with the facility’s standard of being at the top of the industry in every aspect. If you have a loved one looking for an ALF, look no further!

Love this place!!! I was invited to talk about massage. We had a Happy Hour and it was so much fun. The residents are so happy and the staff is doing amazing job working for them.

I have worked for Independent, Assisted and memory care for over 16 years. I have started working in this community about a month ago as my part time job. I really enjoy it! Management and staff have been welcoming. I officially call it my happy place. The residents and families have been very kind. It’s a very beautiful community and well kept.

We relocated our mother to the Ridglea last February, from another continuum of care facility in Ft Worth. Our timing could not have been better, as she was failing in the other facility. The Ridglea is staffed with friendly, caring personnel, it is very well maintained and she actually enjoys the meal choices! Given the current restrictions against socializing, they have still managed to keep her somewhat entertained and involved with daily activities. I would highly recommend it for Assisted Living care.

My mother was in a DIFFERENT local memory care residence for 7 years. I was there multiple times a week until she passed away in 2016. I wish that The Ridglea had been available to us back then. I am beyond impressed and grateful for this Civitas community... I know 4 of the residents and have known their families for 25 + years! I am thrilled to say that these residents are in wonderful loving hands!!

My mom has been here since March just prior to SIP. She is well cared for and attended to perfectly. The staff is loving and again very attentive. The activity director is on it! Loneliness should not be an issue as there are plenty of activities to pick and choose from. Im so happy we chose The Ridglea.

My mom just moved into the Ridglea a week ago. So far, we are extremely pleased with everything and everyone at the Ridglea! The staff is absolutely the best! Everyone Ive met who works there is very pleasant, friendly and helpful. They have gone out of their way several times to make sure things go smoothly for my mom. We feel like she is in good hands. It appears to be a very positive environment. The most important thing Ive noticed is that the residents seem happy!

My mother has been a resident of The Ridgleas Memory Care for the past 9 months and we couldnt be more pleased with the love and care she receives each and every day. She has been loved, cared for, and treated like family by the caretakers. Inez specifically has been a beautiful example of what all caretakers should be. What sets Ridgleas Memory Care apart from others and makes us adore having our mother there is the Activities Coordinator, Ashlee Moore. She is a priceless gem that loves, cares, and continuously brings joy and purpose into the lives of each resident. The residents arent just being cared for, Ashlee makes sure theyre living a fun and fulfilling life. Dementia takes away so many things, yet Ashlee continuously blows us away with the extra love and effort she puts into giving her residents a happy life. The world needs more Ashlees and the Memory Care residents at Ridglea are truly blessed to have her as family.

The Ridgleas Memory Care has been a wonderful blessing to our family and my mother these past 9 months! Shes happy, SO much healthier then when we moved her in 9 months ago, and she feels their genuine love everyday Shes received wonderful care and the Memory Care Activity Coordinator, Ashlee, is phenomenal! Im there several times a week and witness first hand the love and joy Ashlee brings to her residents daily lives. As far as caretakers go, youll never find anyone that loves your family member like their own as much as Inez! Shes truly become our extended family and Id trust her with my life. Its such a blessing to sleep well at night knowing my mom is in The Ridgleas trusted hands.
