My parents recently moved from Three Forks in January 2024 after living there for a year. When ownership of the facility changed hands in 2023, conditions at Three Forks deteriorated in all the areas that most people complain about: cleanliness, bad food, poor staffing, etc. My parents are from a generation that doesn’t like to complain, but I am worried that I will eventually have to stay in such a place if I don’t complain!

I have been working there for 8 years and I can say since we have gotten our new executive director Tara,it is such an enjoyable place to work she is making some great changes to our community and she also gets really involved in our residents activities along with activities for the staff.It is just a great place to work.

I moved my father to Three Forks about a month ago. The main appeal was that this location is right around the corner from my house. My father was living in an independent facility, he is still mobile and in good shape, but required more help remembering to take his daily medication. From the very beginning until now, the staff has been nothing but caring, helpful individuals. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and will answer any question or concern that you have. I frequently pop into the facility and it's always nice to see residents enjoying puzzle time, watching TV together, playing bingo and dining together. The room he is in is smaller than what he had at his independent facility but it's an adequate amount of space for him. It is a smaller facility but I feel that is a good thing so the residents can actually get to know each other and become friends. I feel that my father is in a good place living in this facility. He is getting out more, being more social, he is on a schedule which he heavily relies on, and being on his medication has made a huge difference. I am happy with our choice of residence for my father.

I got to know the staff at this facility while providing dementia care education. They are a group of compassionate and dedicated caregivers. They love what they do and really care about people in their care! I was there because Stephanie is so passionate! she champions her coworkers so it truly is an exceptional experience for residents and families who come to Three Forks!!

I had my mother in this facility for years, the care memory care staff is great but there is no activities in memory care. They do have an activity director but she does absolutely nothing, even though my mom is gone I still visit often and the only activity I have seen her do is bingo and it’s only with certain residents. The med tech Wendy on assisted living is so loud and screams in the dining area at residents to take their medications. Where is the respect for the elderly?

I have the pleasure of going into Three Forks routinely to see patients that are receiving home health services. I am an Rn with my bachelors degree and have worked in many facilities. This facility is one of the best by far! The staff is warm and welcoming. Tony is very knowledgeable and does anything he can to make the residents happy and feel like they are at home. If you are looking for a place to send your loved one, you don’t want to miss out on allowing Three Forks to be that place!

I moved my aunt into Three Forks about 2 months ago. It was the best decision for her. Since moving in she has been so happy. Her health has also improved. I credit this to the caring staff. The meals are awesome and I enjoy joining her for lunch. The activities keep everyone busy. Thank you Three Forks Forney.

I work for a skilled facility in the area and we have had several Three Forks residents that have come to us for short term rehab after a hospital stay or medical event. They always have great things to say about Three Forks and cant wait to get back to their home there and their friends and care team. Word of mouth from those that have lived there is the best endorsement!! We love working with the staff there when we are working together to provide the continuity of care for their residents.

My grandpa was recently there and loved it and the staff was always so friendly to him on my visits i live few hours away so i did not get to see him very often but when i did they was so sweet to him he just passed away on 4th of Jan and i miss him alot but im glad on Christmas i got to go eat christmas dinner with him i will always remember it you all made it very special for me!!

My mom was in the Three Forks Memory Care facility for just over two years. I cannot imagine her being in a better facility with truly loving and caring employees. As hard as it was for her not to be with us, she was so well attended to. I would recommend Three Forks with absolutely no hesitation to anyone who needs to take the next step with a loved one. My Dad is here and we couldn't love it any more than we do! He is in the memory care area, not the assisted living. He is higher functioning than most of the folks living there, so the staff goes above and beyond to interact with him. They are his best friends. I love them all so much. It's more like a home than a memory care facility. The food it great. There's an outdoor area with a little garden and bird feeders. Every week they get on the bus and go for a scenic tour. He is so happy.

My mom has been at this facility for 4 years. Everything from medication to cleanliness to the food and most of all her care has been outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure she is loved and cared for. I highly recommend Three Forks Senior Living and couldnt imagine my journey,with my loved one having dementia, without them.

Cant say it enough that Three Forks took superb care of my Dad until the end. It is ran very well thanks to people who care and doesnt allow nonsense and the staff cares. There is a feeling you get when going there and its different, like a good different. I know this to be true since Dad was In a terrible place before Three Forks. Some workers come and some go and I saw a few go that needed to be gone. If I had a concern or question everybody was caring and eager to help me. I never felt like I was a bother and that made me feel so good and my guilt started to fade away. I only wish I put Dad there earlier, that I still struggle with.

My grandmother has been cared for here for the past 3 years. The staff do an excellent job making sure she is taken care of at all times. She enjoys the activities with her friends there and the meals in the dining room. The doctor that sees her takes a vested interest in making sure she gets what she needs medication-wise, and the nurse on duty is so sweet and treats her like she is her own grandmother.
