The staff at FMAL is very competent, and very warm and friendly. I love that this facility is smaller and doesn't have much turnover in staff. I had a great experience while my mother-in-law lived there for over a year and would recommend them for your loved ones.

Flower Mound Assisted Living has brought in a new team with both passion and compassion and is becoming a place to watch. i like the culture they are developing, which comes from the top of the organization. Also, the residents seem active, engaging and happy.

Its been a trying couple years helping my parents as they decline with age. Since the new administrator Stephanie has arrived Im seeing improvements in all the services. The staff seems more involved and happy with the way things are going. I feel as those everybody has my parents and my back even more since shes arrived. Each time Ive had a concern Stephanie stops what ever shes doing and hears anything I have to say and addresses it promptly.

Mom was at FMAL for 7 years. Was it perfect? No. But your family isnt perfect either, and thats what this place was; family. Every staff member from the manager to the cleaning lady knew and cared for mom personally. They also knew and accepted me as part of the team. Mom had friends. She had interests. She had the care she needed at different stages of her journey. She had a good life.

The staff is so friendly as soon as you walk into the door you feel at home. Stephanie is the Administrator and youll know who she is because shes always got a huge smile on her face and shes very welcoming.The Residents are extremely friendly and sweet and will also greet you with a smile on their face. This place really is amazing all the way around.I would suggest it to anyone looking for somewhere to put their loved ones.

My dad finally found a true home at Flower Mound Assisted Living. Given its relatively small size, it feels like a true community (a small-town environment if you will) as opposed to a facility. This also means that residents and families are able to truly get to know the staff. (You dont have 30 care givers trying to relay messages between shifts.) So the continuity of care is wonderful. Theyve recently made some significant improvements as well. I love this place, and so does my dad.

My Father-in-law, Jack, passed recently but was a resident at FMAL and the place is very clean and if we could give the staff 10 stars we would. Priscilla, Nicco, Mark, Janie, Nita, Sandy, Saada and Miriam and the whole staff treated him excellent and believe me he was a handful. We can not thank them enough for the care, compassion and going above and beyond. The communication was unreal and they treated us like family.

My mom and dad are here and they have a nice little apartment. They enjoy the daily activities and they also do an exercise class in the mornings. Housekeeping will come in weekly to clean and do the laundry for them. It is clean and kept up nicely. They seemed to be happy and pleased with 3 meals a day. They offer a shuttle for the grocery stores. It has a nice garden area. I would recommend this to families.

I have no complaints about my experience that I had on my tour of this place. The community was very clean and well maintained by the staff members. I liked that I saw multiple residents involved in many activities throughout the building. It was just not the right fit for my mother at the time.

My mother in law lived at Flower Mound assisted living for the past 2 1/2 years, up until her passing. It's a smaller assisted living center, which means that the care is highly personalized. Lots of activities and visits from churches, scouts, and local high School students. My mother in law loved the onsite beauty salon and movie theatre. All the staff, from maintenance to administration know their residents and are loving and attentive, we couldn't have been more touched or pleased by the care they provided.
