Five Star is a great place to enjoy life. I participate in various different events when I can and the employees from management to all the departments are very caring. I love the musical events we have at times like Texas Winds. I also love the outings we go on and the open library is available to all. I always look forward to our fabulous Sunday brunch. The food is wonderful and the set up is spectacular.

While we have had many pleasant experiences at the 5 Star, a recent interaction with Edith Velazquez really stands out. I was moving some rugs into our unit and was struggling with on especially large and heavy one. Edit helped me get it onto the cart and get the cart to the elevator. I wish I could give more stars. My Aunt was a resident here for 8 years until her passing in April. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Community is wonderful as my Aunt had many friends. There are so many activities. The staff is A+ and always attentive and helpful of your needs. There is someone on duty 24/7 so my Aunt always felt safe and secure. I visited her many times throughout the years and always felt right at home. I would 100% recommend

Wonderful community I'm considering a move here. Would like to see the pool up and running. Well I made that review a bit prematurely. I have just had the pleasure to spend a week at 5 Star and I am amazed. The facility is great, the amenities top notch, wonderful staff who really do care and the dining experience AND the food is such high quality. The residents are among some of the best people I've ever spent time with. I hated to leave and I'll do whatever I have to to get my own "home" there! Five Star Premier has gone above and beyond their normal duties to take care of my brother… Ebony is quick to return my phone calls and texts and has been so helpful in all my requests for my brother's care. She even facilitated his trips to our father's funeral and burial services, by making sure the appropriate clothes were clean, packing for him, having him get a haircut, and making sure he was up and ready when getting picked up for his flight. All Premier employees communicate with me immediately if there is an issue, and are very helpful and thorough in working with me to get the issue resolved. Most importantly, my brother is very happy at the Premiere. Even though he is much younger than most of the other residents, he has found a home within the friendly atmosphere of the Premier. He really enjoys the friends he's made there, as well as the many activities and events this residence offers.

This place is beautiful inside,and offers good amenities, I would not recommend this place,I was mistreated and disrespected,while visiting this facility,in the process of trying to get more information about it. From my perspective, they discriminate, they act kind to certain people,base on income ,race,etc. I did not get a resolution, about the issue ,by the manager. Good reviews can be manipulated by the employees!

I wish we had found the Five Star Premier two years ago when we started looking for retirement options. But better late than never. We are so happy to be here at The Premier in Dallas. The service is beyond exceptional, and the food is superb. We checked out senior living in more than half a dozen cities, and nothing we researched can compare to this place. Everything they offer in their marketing department is a dream come true. They individualize the entire move-in experience, and can make any changes you ask for. We were truly amazed. And it doesn't stop once you move in. The attentive staff is always available. Just drop off your work order and a technician will be at your door to help you. Their monthly activities give us so many options that we barely have time to do anything outside the premises. I especially love the free garage parking and all-day Valet service, that is part of their awesome amenities package. Everything is included!! Five Star Premier Residence is a wonderful caring community. Our loved one moved there over 5 years ago and has been very happy and content. We like that Five Star is not one of those huge communities with long endless halls. It is a community where everyone knows your name and the residents enjoy each other! The staff is friendly and caring and always willing to go the extra mile to be helpful to residents and their families. Five Star loves a party and there are so many fun themed events planned every month as well as trips outside of the community. We are so grateful to have found this gem of a place for my parents, who are older seniors and need some support. First, we love the layout of this building. The smaller footprint makes it less overwhelming and easily accessible. But that doesn’t mean there is a lack of amenities both outdoors and indoors for the residents to enjoy. Inside, there’s a beautiful open atrium and dining room with lots of natural light. The open walkway to each apartment lining the perimeter of the atrium is easy to navigate. Everything is well maintained or in-process - quite a task for an older building and they seem to be doing a great job. Transportation, Conceirge, Valet, food and more are included, sizeable one-or-two bedroom apartments are nicely renovated and an even better deal if you can get it during a promotion. The food is quality with choices enough to satisfy a range of healthy dietary needs, planned and prepared by chefs who care, and my mom has gained some much needed weight here. However, what relieves our family the most is the staff, from Eboni the Exec Director to all the other directors on down to their staff (too many to name!) - they are patient and kind, dedicated and personable, and go the extra mile even when stretched thin. There is no pressure to participate in the nice variety of activities, but still, other residents and staff have reached out to my parents to help ease their uncertainty and adjustment with encouragement and kindness. This speaks highly to the culture of the community. If you’re thinking about a senior community but are not sure, take a chance and step inside to ask for more information. I’m so glad I did!

Today I accepted a teaching position at Premier, but I discovered something more--my next home. I am a 60-year-old woman and plan on making Premier my next home. The management hired me to assist with English classes for their employees and Spanish for its residents. It blatantly cares about the entire community, and it is a tribute to them and their values. I know that this concern for employees is a wide-spread understanding by the NJ Department of Labor when I taught ESL 20 years ago. Employees who understand English are happier, more productive and have less work-related accidents. Wow, the Director understands how important this is and reflects the refinement and style one will find at Premier. I came to meet Eboni about a job and found myself discussing a future home. I saw the back kitchen and it is stellar, clean and the food is divine. Come say to Eboni and tell her that the new teacher, Debra, sent you!

I have been living here almost a year and it seems like only yesterday. I feel like I’m on the Love Boat that is not sailing to another port. It’s so open, no closed in hallways and you can see everything that is going on. I haven’t had time to really finish my apartment because they keep you so busy with all activities and eating. There’s a party every time you look around and they decorate with whatever themes. Talk about my treatment here, the Heads of the different departments bend over backwards to please, the dining room staff go out of their way to serve you and remember each and everyone’s name. And a plus is you have your own driver to take you anywhere you want to go, doctors appointments, shopping, airport and more. I tell my friends back home all that goes on here and they are so amazed. I’m so glad that my boys made this decision for me to move here, I should have done it long ago.

I have lived at Premier Dallas for 10 years. The minute I walked in the door of the community I fell in love. After 10 years I’m still in love. The atrium was so inviting. I was very impressed by the openness and being able to see what was going on downstairs from my apartment. I was glad there was not any long hallways. It’s the perfect place to walk. I love the activities offered and the delicious food. The employees are outstanding. They are friendly and helpful.

This is a well-run facility with good management and experienced Staff. Its most attractive feature is its central Artium, 10 stories high. This area is ideal for entertainments and social gatherings. It is well lighted with comfortable furniture and a piano. The meals and the amenities provided are very good. Its location on a short side- street is a good one. As a 7-year resident , I highly recommend it !

My mom moved into Five Star Premier in Dallas, and has had a good experience so far. As we were making our decision, Niki helped guide us through the process and got us setup with a living situation for my Mom that she could enjoy. I began my relationship with five star by responding to an ad for an English teacher. I am 61 and I am considering this as my next residence. The Director and the staff treat the employees so well and have hard me to give English classes. I am also teaching Spanish to the residence. I would love this to be my forever home. It all starts with relationship building and this place does it from soup to nuts. I'm not quite ready to move out of my condo, but when the time comes this is going to be my home. My husband is a senior healthcare architect and weave that involved in senior care all our life. Please go meet Eboni and please tell her that the English and Spanish teacher sent you. You won't be sorry. The pastry chef is amazing and no need for me to visit New York for good quality bakery. This is a welcoming discovery as I approach my 61st birthday.

Mom's overall well-being has taken a strong turn for the positive now that she is in a situation where there is both support and community. Then I realized I had also found some of the best people to be my friends. The staff at Five Star are the most caring And helpful people. This is the ultimate place in Dallas Texas to place your loved ones as they start to get older.Starting with the building and rooms themselves absolutely stunning and decorated beautifully!Baby grand piano, fresh flowers and amazing chefs in the kitchen! We looked at three places before choosing FIVE STAR and there was no other place I would ever want to have my parents live. The front staff are incredible they know everyone, Tom who I believe is the director sends emails and is prompt with responding to any questions you may have. LAURA BLACK is your go to girl!! She gave me the tour and when I brought my parents we all went together and chose the perfect room. She is part of the reason we chose 5 Star premiere Laura is , knowledgeable compassionate intelligent welcoming, and CARING! There is a bistro downstairs physical therapy room many many activities a shuttle, 24 hour doctor and nurse on call which is extremely important as we age. Safety amenities in the room which include motion detectors and two way speakers.Concierge at the front is there 24 hours a day no one is allowed to get in there and get past this person The safety and security of my parents was number one but I also wanted them to feel comfortable have many amenities and have the food be wonderful. FIVE STAR goes was way above and beyond!! There is a hair salon and outdoor swimming pool and many many more things too many to list!!There is a shuttle to take the residents to grocery stores and other opportunities such as the casino and I believe the movie theater.The black car service can take their residents within a 10 mile range to most appointments they need especially to physicians which is very very important because most of these residents probably do not drive including my parents.I cant say enough about this amazing place and Im so glad in my later years that we found 5 Star premiere , I can sleep well at night knowing that they are safe and taken care of. I love this team of people , bravo to a job INCREDIBLY DONE! Friendly staff everywhere , smiling and welcoming.On a sidenote my parents have been there since day one of COVID-19 and they have kept this place locked down like Fort Knox, Watching the comings and goings of people entering the building and Im so pleased to see the residents are safe secure and sound!! In this day and time that cannot be said about other residential places Im so proud and lucky to have found them. FIVE STAR lives up to its name !

I wish there were more than five stars to give this place! My mother found it on her own, and signed up before we even knew she was looking. The excellent food, service and setting are more like a hotel, but with the feel of a close knit family. The staff go above and beyond care and kindness for the residents. Even during this quarantine I feel so reassured that my mother is getting the attention and care she needs, which is a huge relief. There is a nice mix of active seniors and those who need more help, with activities appropriate to each level of ability. And you can choose to be as social or private as you wish, without pressure. I highly recommend it!

The community has a spectacular view from the 10th floor. We recently moved and I have experienced great things, the food is wonderful, the housekeeping service is here weekly, which I love. My negative experience is with Marion who is the person in-charge of the building. She is rude, arrogant and condescending. A few of my neighbors have also commented that her arrogance gets over her head and at times is disrespectful to staff and other residents. They warned me not to get on her bad side. This makes me sad and afraid to deal with this type of person. All other staff members have been nice and accommodating specially Barbara.

I love living here for the past 10 years now. My daughter took me to several retirement communities in the area including Edgemere, Presbyterian North and others but I loved Premier Residences the best. The number one reason is the people. Never before had I met more friendly, warm, welcoming residents who accepted me with open arms even though we came from different backgrounds. The staff members are so warm and welcoming and most of them have been here longer than me. I also love the amazing food and I am grateful that I can get anywhere in this community without a long walk like I would have to endure at all the other communities we considered. I used to be afraid of heights, but I live on the 9th floor and LOVE looking out into the Atrium to see who is out and about and I always feel included. I have several friends who have also moved in to become my neighbors.

Leaving a home I loved was not an easy decision, but now that Im at Five Star, oh my, Im so glad I made the move. The staff is terrific: kind, supportive, working hard to ensure our satisfaction. The apartments are roomy and feel like a home. The residents are welcoming and friendly, and I have made some wonderful new friends since I arrived. While this is definitely Independent Living, something I wanted, there are support services in place should I ever need them. I am so glad I made this move!

We have lived in Dallas almost 40 years so know many of the retirement homes. Weve been to promotional meeting, eaten at and even stayed overnight in some. The key issue with me is does the place feel like home which can be tricky and hard to determine with one visit. Weve been here several times and it feels good. I also really like the apartment layouts. The facility is like a Hyatt hotel with a huge atrium. This means no long walks to meals as you simply get on an elevator. On our last visit we were served meal which matched its 5 Star name. It was fabulous.
