Good caregivers, nurses, and med techs!! The caregivers really care about the people living in the memory care (Legacy Lane). Thank you Brenda and Missy for always keeping me informed about any medical issues about my mother during her respite stay. Thank you Hillary and Jessica for also taking good care of my mother. Karen D. thank you for checking on me during my mother's respite stay. I did have a peace of mind while my mother was there until I could relocate her closer to me. Just a couple of issues: if you use Wisteria--Legacy Lane make sure to put your loved ones name on all of their things, make sure to communicate exactly what you need from the caregivers i.e. I want my love one out their room mixing with others, and know that sometimes they are short staffed--but that is not really their fault. I would definitely use them again, if needed.

My mother in law recently joined Wisteria. The onboarding was pretty seamless and the business side was straight forward. Pricing is straightforward and when I called someone answered the phone and generally we resolved whatever we needed right then. I'm not used to that level of engagement and it was refreshing. So far this has been a good fit and my mother in law is happy.
January 2021
My dad moved to Legacy Lane in July while everything was shut down and I could not visit in person to choose a place for him. At that time, my interactions with the administration as well as cost shaped my decision. But when Dad passed away in October, I was allowed to be with him as much as I wanted in his last few days. Thats when I witnessed the precious loving care that the staff provided for him. As I watched how they not only met his physical needs but also touched and talked to him, I was greatly relieved to realize that he had been cared for so tenderly when his family was not allowed to visit. I have been so comforted by the knowledge that we chose the right place for him. Thank you Jonathan and Brenda and all the wonderful caregivers of Legacy Lane.
