The viewing was excellent, however, the prices are outrageous for Seniors. There should be some time of assistance with senior rent and fees. The overall tour of the facility was excellent.

Nice and clean facility. Staff was very friendly .Perfect person for the DON Charles Reedy . Leaders lead by example and work just as hard as their workers and that’s exactly what Charles Reedy does!!!! The Administrator thank me for coming and welcomed me back that means a lot to know that they truly appreciated me for helping the facility out. Melinda was very polite and pleasant. So I would highly recommend working for Charter !!!!

We will be moving in Wednesday and Donna had been so great getting us prepared and ready for the move. I have lived in the area longer than Charter had been there. All of those years I did not realize they had the independent villas. We are super excited about the move. Thanks Donna for all of the time and attention you have given us.

Excellent and warm community. Very caring staff and management. The decision to move a parent to an assisted living facility is a difficult decision. This community made the transition easier for the family. Check it out for your loved ones. You will be happy and they will also.

If you are searching for a place for a loved one I would suggest you check this community out. Unfortunately they werent able to accommodate our loved one as she needs more than everyday assistance. Sure wish we had found this place a couple years earlier. Donna went above and beyond to help answer questions and was understanding and compassionate.

The only regret our family had was not moving mother to Provision much sooner. Provision Living at Hermitage was excellent! The care our mother received was very loving and professional. She moved to Provision after several mishaps at her former Assisted Living Residence. We fell in love with the staff and the facility. Everyone was helpful, professional, caring and kept a watchful eye on mother. She was very happy. The facility is beautiful, affordable, and welcoming with great activities for residents and families. Sadly our mother passed away in September, but her time at Provision Living was filled with joy. We want to send a special thanks to the Director, Jenna Wetherholt, and her amazing team.
