From the moment you walk in the door – you are greeted with kindness and compassion not only from the staff but from the residents. Some things that a lot of people take into consideration is not only will their loved one be taken care of properly but if they would be happy. The answer is simple- yes! The staff members are all so very genuine in their ways, and truly care for each and everyone of the residents. They always go above and beyond to make sure that each other residents is taken care of accordingly. The nurses and caregivers always make sure that the residents are following their specific regimens & and stay on top of dietary needs, if any. The meals for breakfast lunch and dinner are always warm and fresh. Each of the residents love it and the “to go bar“ that they have access to for snacks and drinks if they get hungry or thirsty. The ladies in activities always make sure that the residents are left on their toes with fun and safe activities that can be performed with all of the residents. They never leave anyone out. They host all kinds of events to make sure the residents stay active in a safe and positive yet fun environment! Not to mention the facility is always clean and smells nice – very cozy, like home. Without a doubt would I recommend this facility for your loved one. Thank you all for EVERYTHING you do for the residents ❤️

When I came to Truewood for my interview, I knew it would be my forever home. The office personnel and staff made me feel right at home as soon as I walked through the door. Everyone had a smile on their face and were so pleasant to me. As I began my new journey as Activities Director, I knew why God had led me to Truewood. The care these resident's receive is exceptional. Each department makes it a point to take that extra step every day to make sure there every need is met. As I have had the pleasure to work with these wonderful resident's and staff for almost a year now, I can honestly say, "There's no place like home", and I am glad I found my home with this wonderful facility!!

This place is beautiful! We moved our grandmother in a few months back and the process was so easy! The staff have been incredibly helpful and generous. For the first time in a very long time, we dont worry anymore because she is in great hands! We are very grateful for Raintree!
