We love American House!

Elmcroft was our third location for my husbands memory care. Several things have made this the best place for him. The staff are upbeat and caring. He is treated with respect. The onsite medical care and physical therapy here are often unavailable other places. I can communicate with his medical team via a patient portal which greatly improves communication.

Wonderful assisted living full of activity and kind, caring staff. The residents here are always smiling when I visit. Nurses and staff are friendly and helpful.

I have worked with Elmcroft West Knoxville for 13 years in a variety of capacities. I have never met any group of individuals more committed to making the lives of seniors the best it can possibly be. This Elmcroft team LOVES their residents. I recommend Elmcroft of West Knoxville as a "Must Visit" facility. This is yet another facility that has a majority of tenured staff.(this is something very important) The entire management staff has over 10 years of service here and most of the Care Staff has around or over 10 years of service as well. They have 24/7 nursing staff on-site. (this is also very important) They have pendants and pull cords for emergency's and they input all meds and health issues directly after visiting residents on the wall mounted computer kiosks located in every hallway.

I could not have found a better staff to take care of my dad. It is easy to find a nice, clean, up-to-date place - but the people are what makes Elmcroft so special.
