The teamwork no matter what day or time of day was superior. All the people are trained to take care of their people no matter what level from Executives to clean up. My mother was a supervising RN her entire career and had great respect for staff at Atria! Very much recommend their facility to anyone want the best care for their family! I’ve had experience with 7 different facilities and Atria was heads and tails the best! Thank you Dan

My sisters and I are so pleased with the care our mom receives at Atria Weston Place. They have gone above and beyond for the residents during the COVID19 restrictions - keeping them safe but still connected to family and friends. You cant put a price tag on peace of mind when it comes to your Mom. A heartfelt THANK YOU to all the wonderful staff!

Atria Weston Place is a wonderful place to live and work. The staff are like family and they treat the residents like family. There is so much tenure here among the staff, very little turnover. Can't say enough great things about them.

I love my job and my residents! Atria is like my second home, therefore, we are all family. I feel like we make a big impact on our residents and their families. I love what I do. I love to listen to the residents' stories that they share of their lives growing up. Also what it was like then. We all have a part to play in our residents' happiness so we all do our best.

I have worked here over a 1 year and live all the residents and staff. It's like we all are family.

It is a great place, when we come to a decision we can no longer live alone. My problem, when I first came here was that I expected it to solve all my problems. There is no place that can do that. I learned to change what I could (which was mostly my expectations) and accept what I couldn't change. The services provided are many and varied. The physical therapy offered five times weekly is outstanding. As for the food, even a five start restaurant could not do a better breakfast. As for lunch and dinner, I have accepted the fact it is impossible to please each of us individually. Some meals are very good. Some meals are not. But there are nutritional snacks for you to pick and choose from. I have lived in one other assisted living facility in the Knoxville area, and three independent facilities, and, as i said, "It isn't perfect but it is the best I have lived in."

My father is a resident at Atria Weston Place. He is 93 years young. After considering other assisted living facilities, we chose The Atria because of the staff and amenities. Also, he is able to have his beloved dog with him. The staff love and spoil the dog as well as my father. They have become our extended family and I look forward to seeing them each time I visit my father. Everyone from the caregivers, the nurses, the activity leaders, the laundry staff, the cleaning staff, the maintenance staff, the administrative staff to the dining staff provides me peace of mind knowing my father is getting the best of care. The experience and training of the staff shows in everything about The Atria. My father has always exercised and continues to enjoy the exercise program at The Atria. My father likes to tell me about what good meals he has there and the good friends he has made. I recommend The Atria to anyone that is considering assisted living for a loved one or themselves. My father feels that he is at home at The Atria.

My mother has been at Atria Weston Place for almost 9 months now. My sister and I cannot say enough nice things about the facility but more than that, we continue to be so pleased with the staff. The friendliness, kindness, and concern is evident every day. The food is delicious. We know Mom is treated with respect and that the staff is willing to help her in any way needed. Thank you, Atria Weston staff, for providing such a secure and comfortable place! God bless each of you.

My Mother had been declining in her daily activities due to her physical health as well as her mental health and all she wanted to do was stay in bed. Despite our efforts as a family to encourage her to be more active and follow her physicians direction with her medications she was not being compliant. We all discussed with Mother of her going to an Assisted Living for a trial period of time to see if she would be motivated. We researched facilitates in the Knoxville area and chose Atria Weston Place. We were impressed with the facility but were more impressed with the Staff. Everyone there was so nice to the each resident and we felt Mother received the care needed. Within a few days at Atria Weston Place we could begin to see improvement with Mother with her overall wellbeing. The structured routine with her meals, medications and interactive activities with the other residents was getting My Mother back to her Sweet Self that we love and adore. Mother stayed for 28 days and because of the huge strides she had accomplished with her physical and emotional health she wanted to return home to be with my Dad (they have been married 62 years). Mother is doing much better now but still wants to be a "Little Lazy" at times and sleep in sometimes but overall we are so Thankful she improved so quickly!!! I think this speaks volumes to the Staff and the personal attention they showed Mother and her new found friends. I wish I could remember all of their names but the one who comes to mind is Breeze... I think her real name is Wendy. Mother will be 80 in May and our hope is that she will be able to stay at home but if and when she needs an Assisted Living we will be back at Atria Weston Place. THANK YOU ALL Sooo...Much!!

My 95-year-old Father-in-law has been a resident 15 months at Atria Weston Place. A private person, he rarely leaves his apartment. He is very happy. We are very happy. His food, room, and service are exceptional. Experiencing frequent UTIs, staff picks up on his cues and begins testing immediately. Never has there been a question or delay. He has been in several other facilities. His meds are time sensitive. Delivery, and the timing thereof, was always in question. Breeze Lane and Amanda Hughes deliver meds on the hour, never a delay. When he fell, bending over attempting to get a Pepsi out of his refrigerator, Larry Johnson and the Maintenance team worked with Administrator Josh Lowe to move the unit to a bedside table, following regs, enabling him to reach in safely. The care administered by Stefan Hassell, Jeff Pass, Dena Berchin, and Martha McCarter is done in such a way, he knows them as friends. He likes to joke. While working with him, they return his lines making him smile and enjoy life. I recommend Atria, Weston Place, to any and all looking for a home for someone who needs that extra secure place in which to call "Home".

Jennifer Mullens is the first person to greet you inside the Weston Place building. She's happy to help you in person and on the phone. Whether it's a hello today or a welcome back after not being around for a few months absence, she's got a cheerful greeting.

This has to be the greatest place that I could ever work. I am extremely lucky to be a part of the Atria family. I couldn't imagine being anywhere else.. It truly is a family here and not just the staff we have amazing residents here. I truly enjoy comming to work and love that I get to be in the center of it all. I honestly plan to be at Atria as long as I work because it just feels like home! Jenifer Kirk - Administrative Assistant

I really like working at Atria Weston Place.I spent a lot of time with my grandparents growing up so I really enjoy being around the residents and doing all I can to make everyday a great day. This has to be the best place I have worked with all the smiling faces. If my grandparents were still here ,I would definitely want them to be at a wonderful place like this. Atria is set with beautiful views of mountains and greenery. Located near mall and in a good neighborhood.

my mother, aunt and my inlays have all been residents at this facility. While my mother and aunt's experience were good my inlays experience have been exceptional. Price: while not cheap is very competitive and less expensive that most facilities we visited before deciding on Atria Food: Excellent. We have eaten there several times and for $5.00 it can't be beat. There is always variety and they are accommodating if you would like something off the menu. Michael does an excellent job. One competing facility we visited offered jello every lunch and supper as the dessert choice. Activities: Bar none Atria offers significantly more options than any other assisted living facility we are familiar with. Facility: Although the building has some age on it, it is very well maintained. Just yesterday I observed the maintenance supervisor touching up a small scratch on a door. Plus Larry is very helpful and accommodating with anything we have needed or requested. Staff: Cant be beat across the board. All of them have been very professional, accommodating and friendly. My wife and couldn't be happier. When the time comes we will be residents there unless there is a drastic deterioration in services which I can not see happening as long as Josh is there.
