My Mother-In-Love has been a resident of Elmcroft for just over a year and she absolutely loves the staff, and calls it home! She enjoys bingo and the weekly outings, and her room up front, so she can watch people come and go. We are thankful for the love and care she receives!-

I came to Elmcroft as the new Executive Director in March 2020. I am returning to my home town after 50 years. I am blessed to be here. My expectations of the staff is very high I must admit. AS is our residents expectations of me to deliver high quality care and support. I do not have any comments about the past however, I do have an open door policy. I am always available to speak frankly about Elmcroft of Jackson - today.

I did a virtual tour with the sales person about a month ago. She was very sweet and took time to listen to all of our family issues. She made the tour easy for me being a person who is not tech smart! The assisted living apartment was perfect for my dad but he passed away before moving in. I just wanted to thank everyone at Elmcroft for being so kind and patient with me and my family while we were going through a difficult time. I never felt like they didnt care and we were looking forward to moving in. I would recommend this community and the caring sales person to anyone looking for a place for their family.

I have been a resident of Elmcroft for two years and I would not consider being anywhere else. This is my home and I enjoy everyday here. The staff has really become part of my extended family and I truly love them and they love me. All my needs are met in a timely way and I have no hesitation in recommending Elmcroft to you or to your family member. This is assisted living as it was meant to be.

I enjoy visiting this community. The staff is always kind and very helpful, they truly love the seniors who live there. The activity director always has wonderful events planned and I enjoy volunteering and being a part of this community. The director always takes time to talk with visitors and the people who live there and she seems to generally care for all the staff and people who live there. I would highly recommend this assisted-living to anyone who loves their seniors !

An absolutely outstanding place to place your loved one!!! The marketing rep is positively amazing and the administration and staff are some of the most compassionate and caring people I've ever experienced. The residents are always active and happy, and when it comes to families this facility goes above and beyond to make sure they are just as satisfied!! If you are in need of a place to care for your loved one with only the highest regard then I suggest you contact Elmcroft immediately!!! They are simply the best!!!

I couldn't be happier having my mom cared for there. They take such good care of her. Robb the nursing director is great with her. They aren't an Alzheimer's facility, but they are trained for it. This place is a Godsend.
