My 5 star rating is for the DOW (Director of Wellness), Lauren Morrow, as we ended up choosing another facility for reasons which had nothing to do with her. On the contrary, if we would have ended up there it would have been because of her. She listened and had constructive suggestions as well as an obvious heart for caring for folks in that season of life. We definitely appreciated all the help she provided and would not hesitate to recommend the services she provided.

My father lived at Belvedere for 9 months in their Memory Care facility. I would not recommend placing a loved on at Belvedere as we had too many issues with the level of care provided. Hopefully my review will help other families with their search. In spring of 2022, Belvedere Commons was purchased by Opal, prior to that it was owned by Grace Mgmt. After Opal's purchase, they cut nursing hours without formally notifying the residents and their families in writing and many of the staff and nurses have left. The management makes promises but does not follow through. My father fell during the middle of the night and no aide was given to him. He had a cut on his head and they didn't call 911 or have him sent out for evaluation. They didn't notify me. I had to take him to the ER the next morning when I arrived and found blood on his head and on the floor. No one contacted me.. There are many issues at Belvedere and the management team isn't transparent with the families.

I had an appointment there and was very impressed. The team was so kind to the residents, hugging and laughing with them. It was nice to see. While the building itself is older, they are basically doing a full renovation that is making the place new! I think Belvedere Commons offers great care for most budgets in Franklin. If you have a need for care, for sure visit them.

My Mom has been at Belvedere Commons of Franklin since December 2019. Just when Covid-19 was starting. This center has had no sickness since all this started, I am very thankful for their management of the facility in keeping in mind the well being of the Residents and the sweet staff there. Even though Ive not been able to visit mom, Ive been able to speak with her through staff connecting us with their phone. I feel mom is safe and is being cared for at Belvedere.

My first impression of this facility was a welcoming, friendly and safe environment. Being responsible for a family members care(especially when I dont live in Franklin) is sometimes overwhelming. Since placing my family member at Belvedere, I am positive the right decision was made. I can rest knowing my family member is in good hands. The residents rooms are comfortable and nursing staff, aides to the residents, dietary needs, management, and overall environment are excellent. Communications have been consistently good. Most importantly, I am also pleased the residents have and continue to be protected and safe from COVID.

Id like to add our word of commendation to the staff and management of Belvedere Commons of Franklin, where we have a loved one who has been a resident there for an extended time. In our daily phone conversations with her, she constantly expresses appreciation for the caring spirit of the Executive Director and all those who work with him. We could not be happier with our choice to have a loved one entrusted to the excellent care of Belvedere Commons of Franklin.

After a nice tour, we determined that this is too small for our needs (very social husband/wife); we found staff to be very caring. The residents seemed content, and the facility looked very clean and welcoming. A good fit for someone wanting a more intimate setting. I especially liked that the building surrounded a landscaping courtyard, which provided a nice view and windows down one side of each hallway. This created a bright environment.

I went on a tour here and the staff was helpful. They were not pushy. They answered all of my questions. The people are super friendly and the cost was great. The appearance was faded and the lighting was dark, I recommend families tour many places so they can compare.

They are amazing. They make sure all the residents get what they need and plans things for them to do like a good assisted living facility should. The worker are sweet and caring to the residents. Belvedere treats elderly with care.

Belvedere Commons was an older facility. The staff was all very nice and friendly, but it was in need of some updating. Because of that it came across as not maintained very well.
