I had a checking account change and a checking was returned. I tried to pay my rent with my debit card (local) and with my credit card (Visa) "We do not accept cards". I went to the bank and got CASH.. We do not accept cash !!!!! I have new checks coming in 4 days. They want a Check. A place that will not accept CASH. I will be moving ASAP

My Mother lived here for a little over 2 years. This community has a family like feel to it. Nice rooms with balconies and nice views.

Seems to be a nice facility for seniors. The only complaint Ive heard is that their food isnt that good, for the cost to be so high.

Very friendly place with lots of comrodery. Clean and neat on an awesome piece of real estate in a superb location. Trish is an amazing ambassador for your product. I wanted my Mom to move here but I was out voted by my relatives who live here in Nashville. We live in the great state of Texas!

I was out with my family looking for a place for my Stepmothers Mother to live when we came across this Retirement Community. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. Great staff, wonderful people beautiful place even asked us to stay for lunch everything was great !

The Manor is great for your aging family members. Everything from the meals to the daily activities are planned so you can choose what you want. This was a great place for my father in law to live.

My mother lived here from 2013-2019. In that time there were many management turnovers, the quality of food went down and the facility upkeep also went down. This company doesnt seem to be concerned about the senior community they are involved in - in short - know what youre signing up for. Also understand fully your move-out policy. We signed in understanding that we just needed a 30 day notice to leave - what we didnt understand is that they will charge rent for the entire month of the month after you give your notice. We gave notice Jan 4 & expected a pro-rated 4 days of Feb. rent and were charged for the full month of Feb. The regional manager said she would check into a possible refund for a portion of that month - but of course we have not heard back. i have left several messages. Very disappointing.

We have been looking for a retirement center for my mom and dad. The Manor was far superior to anything else we looked at in the Franklin area in terms of the architectural beauty of the apartment and the friendliness of the staff and management. They really made us feel at home. We found the overall cost to be less than others in the area, while offering many benefits. My parents are moving in soon and very excited about their new life at the Manor at Steeplechase!

We have been living at the Manor for almost four months and we love it. What I appreciate most is staff courtesy and responsiveness. The management rolls up their sleeves with hands on involvement with residents. The food is good; there are dozens of activities and transportation is available to important destinations and appointments. We are very happy with our clean and comfortable apartment. Dont hesitate to look here for a great place to enjoy retirement!
