You can choose from any one of the private or semi-private rooms offered at here. All residents have access to all of our common areas as well as our landscaped grounds. We have an experienced and trained staff to serve the unique needs of our senior residents living in Athens. We promote our employees to serve with compassion, kindness and patience. We designed the dining area at Athens Place to be a cozy, home style setting for our residents and family members. Our specialty is customized menus that provide delicious, home cooked meals that meet the needs of all residents.

Residents have access to Enclosed courtyard, Light therapy, Specialized Training for Caregivers, Activities Onsite, Outdoor Common Areas, Devotional Services Onsite, Beautician Onsite, Meals Provided, Indoor Common Areas and other facility comforts so seniors feel right at home. Our fully-trained staff is always friendly and available to help seniors feel right at home.
Our facility has Aging in Place, Respite Offered, Hospice Available, Complimentary Transportation, Transportation at Cost, Resident Parking Available and other ways we keep seniors active and healthy. Our staff works really hard to keep our aging residents active and independent, keeping everyone feeling young and healthy.

Athens Place cares! They are knowledgeable and professional. They care about the resident and the family. Management is easy to approach and helpful. Staff is caring, understanding, and friendly, as well as professional. This journey is difficult and they truly make it more bearable. The quality of caring is almost lost in this culture, but from the entrance of the building, your family member and you are cared for. I love this place! My grandmother is there and she loves it. Awesome staff and awesome residence. The rooms are super nice and the food is really awesome. I've told my family if I ever have to live in a assisted living this is where I want to go or something like it.

Caring
My mother has moved into Athens Place. They're very friendly, very updated, and seem to have a very caring staff. They have lots of activities. She participated in Bingo, they had an Easter party, they've had some other little socials, and they went shopping yesterday. The food is very good. The staff is very friendly and very professional.

This facility is very nice. My family friend has been a resident for a number of years and compared to other facilities, this place is very nice. The staff is very warm and has been very nice when I have interacted with them. The place always seems clean and a cheerful place to live. My friend has very limited mobility and they have always taken care of her needs to the best of their ability. I can tell that she has a very good relationship with the caretakers. They all know her by her name and treat her like she is a member of their family. They are always laughing and making jokes with her. Some of these facilities are depressing places, and I've never felt that to be the case when visiting. The facility is always vibrant and full of life. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the Athens area over any other. It would be a great choice for yourself or a loved one.

I recently visited your facility, and as soon as i walked through the front door, I felt at home and at mcuh ease. The design and enterior decoration was just so beautiful. The personell where very friendly, and had much knowledge and answered all my questions with enthusiasm. I know my elder will be very pleased and happy I found such an amazing place for them. You guys are amazing and your doing a wonderful job, I highly recommend your facilty to everyone/ and anyone looking with a great and caring place for theyre loved ones....
