I reached out to Home Care by Doctors on behalf of my aging parents. One was going to be having surgery. Hadi was very quick to respond and set up a meeting with myself and my parents. They appreciated his approach and information. He was very quick to provide info to our questions and was ready to set up assistance. At this time, they are still considering whether they want assistance but Home Care by Doctors will be their choice if and when they decide to accept help.

We had home care set up for mom few weeks ago with another home care company. After having some issues with the care givers, we decided to look around and we got referred to home care by doctors. From the initial meeting to the time they matched mom with a right caregiver, it was amazing.

We have parents who are in transition from independence to requiring more care. This has been a difficult time. Navigating their needs with what is available is difficult and emotionally taxing. Hadi has been the most helpful, caring person we have met. He has gone above and beyond to help us. He does what he says he is going to do. A rare quality these days? His help has been invaluable. We needed to bring mom home from the hospital and we called 4 home care companies to see if they could help us out. They either closed their doors or they couldnt help us because they didnt have enough time to set up home care for mom. We got referred to home care by doctors by a nurse and they met with us within 4 hours and they set up care for mom that night. We cant be happier with the them.

Dad had a fall and we needed some help since we were away. Home care was set up within 24 hours for my dad. There are no minimum number of visits per week or month like other home care providers and our home care aid, Diane, is wonderful. When and if we need home care for dad, we will be calling Home Care by Doctors again! Thank you

It was a blessing to be able to get some help for dad right away. We were away on vacation and dad had to go to hospital. Home Care by Doctors set up home care for dad within few hours and kept us posted daily as to how he was doing. Staffs are friendly and they work fast.
