There are not enough care aids and they have too much to do. It is understaffed to increase profits obviously. So for $9,000.00 a month they are a huge rip off. An LPN is the hidden overseer of medical issues not a nurse. Medication people just take a short course. As untrained care workers they haven’t any understanding of nursing care or medical issues. Food is small low quality servings. You do your own laundry. One elevator and many wheelchairs waiting to go upstairs. They accept Alzheimer’s but they can easily escape. Especially dangerous in winter. Overpriced depressing place.
