Very nice place. My grandfathers wife lived there the last few years of her life and it was a good experience. It was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Even as her memory faded, the kept her active and engaged.

I have only been a part of The Haven family for a few months now and I have felt so welcome. The staff are very friendly and hardworking. During times like this and the COVID19 pandemic, it can be hard to keep a positive attitude but weve been doing our best to keep our residents happy and safe. So far weve been doing well. Also the building is beautiful and has a comfortable feel to it.

Being apart of this team is amazing. Having coworkers and managers that can work together as a team and provide outstanding care for the residents is a wonderful feeling. Knowing that Im walking into work everyday to try and make a difference in a residents day especially during these times makes my day. During these times COVID-19 has been rough especially for those families and residents and our team has done amazing with keeping family and residents in contact as well as keep families posted!

I recently joined The Haven at Springwood team and I couldnt be more happier. Working here has been wonderful. Management always checking on us making sure everything is ok and if were ok. We have such a lovely groups of residents who are very pleasant to be around. We have an amazing team who loves the residents as if theyre our own family. Working here was the best choice I made !

Housekeeping Director Jan Parsons should be recognized for her efforts to maintain a safe environment for the residents and staff of the Haven, and for keeping me regularly informed about the well being of my 95 year old aunt, a 12 year resident of the Haven, during the difficult days of the Covid pandemic. Jan always provides a cheerful and positive message about my aunt s well being in spite of the challenging conditions faced by her and all employees of the Haven.

For me this 5 star rating is easy to give because I have seen first hand the quality care, the bonding of all associates and personnel to those who are being taken care of. My Aunt who has now had the good fortune to be in this fantastic facility for going on six years and is 93. Like in mostly all cases it wasnt easy in the beginning but once they become so influenced with the real care that these nurses, house keepers, activity directors, and all other associates bring every day to this facility; it is not hard to like and then love this place. It is for REAL, no make up here. Just about every employee in this place knows all that stay there by first name, and knows there personality traits. This takes more then just service, it shows compassion something that a high majority of institutions like this dont have. From a supporter point of view which I am over my aunt, I could have not made a better decision then to choose this place for her final years of life. I just pray that I can continue to keep her in this wonderful facility until God, decides its time to really come home.

We have an amazing team of incredibly hard working people who give 110% to our residents! The staff work best when they work together and strive to do their best. Under the additional stress of COVID I couldnt be more proud or more grateful to these dedicated individuals who show up every day and put their life on the line to provide compassionate care to our seniors. Great place to work. I love my boss Wendy shes awesome we always work as a team. She always make sure her coworkers are happy and have everything they need. By far one of the best bosses Ive ever had. I love the residence it is definitely a great place to live for them. She also make sure the residents have great meals she goes above and beyond for them. This is a few of are meals while we are going through this pandemic she still make sure their meals are amazing and we have such a great administrator Sheila and our nurse Kim is amazing as well
