Excellent restaurants, and sound services all around. Plush public spaces, but minimal living facilities. It attracts the high end of Readings population, albeit at the very end of their living days. Bring your walker, and you will be in good hands!

I give it 5 stars based on several of my patients who live here and are very mobile and happy. I have heard great things about the food and atmosphere. I asked the last person if anything was missing or could be better and she said everything is available including free transportation to the appointment with me.

I teach Zumba Gold and soon Aqua Zumba here. I have been in many retirement communities and this one is the best! The residents here are well cared for. The facility is top notch. There is always something here to do. The people are lovely!

We have been here for 2 years ,and it is like a family reunion. The people are friendly and friendly. Every one has a story to tell,and it is never boring. The choices of activities are great ? and wonderful. If we don't have what you like, the staff will do their best to get it if enough people want it. The food is wonderful and the staff is great . Excellent place to retire at. So many things to do. I visit my Dad often and usually have to make sure he is free to see me before I come down! Breakfast is my favorite meal. The staff could not be any nicer.

My wife Connie and I visit the Highlands (we live in Honolulu, Hawai'i) 4-5 times a year over the past 10 yrs! We NEVER cease to be amazed to see how Connie's parents are cared for and the UNREAL quality of the staff and facility! Rev. Harding (CJ's Dad) passed and the BLESSINGS FLOWED for the ever-present love and caring the nursing/hospice/administrative staff gave to both him and the family (especially my mother in law in the last months of Pastor's life)! The leadership is OUTSTANDING and special KUDOS go to CEO Kevin DeAcosta and his superb team! WHAT A FACILITY!!! If there were 10 STAR ratings . . .we VOTE for THAT!!! ALOHA and MAHALO!
