Wanted to thank everyone at Arbor Terrace - from the management to the staff for consistently provitmy dad in law with a dignified, quality and caring stay. He was a person to the staff - the therapists, the kitchen staff , the medical staff and administrators knew him, recognized him, greeted him, treated him as a personwith likes and unique abilities. He was a resident- a part of the family and they look out for him. That enabled me, his daughter in law, to rest easy knowing he was cared for. He had dementia and he was able and encouraged to do what ever he could. He could participate in everything, he received physical and it therapy and they saw to his physical and emotional health. I would recommend arbor terrace to anyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My family and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to place our family member at Arbor Terrace Willistown. The staff is extremely friendly and caring, the food delicious, and the premises sparkling clean and inviting. Everyone there was so helpful in the transition there, and I want to thank Richard for his assistance in helping us get settled in the apartment and his prompt response to anything we needed help with. Richard is a wonderful asset to the community. We highly recommend Arbor Terrace Willistown.

It is such a hard decision to move your loved one into assisted living. Arbor Terrace Willistown is a wonderful community! They helped our Mom with the transition and we are very happy with how things are going. Our mom is non-stop everyday with activities and having lunch with her friends. We couldn’t have found a better community ,for our mother. Arbor Terrace is a beautiful, loving community with caring staff!

I have been working at Arbor Terrace for six years and have been so happy being a part of the arbor family. I split my time working engagement as well as receptionist and find both enjoyable and rewarding. The care staff are compassionate and attentive to the needs of the residents. The department directors are supportive and always available to assist staff, residents and family members. Connecting, caring and engaging with our residents has been Arbor's policy since its inception and is evident at Willistown.

The staff are really friendly. It feels obvious to me that the staff and directors truly care about the residents and each other. It warms my heart to see how the community interacts with one another. Walking through the community, you can hear the compassion in the care giver’s voices, the little jokes, and playful banter - you can tell the staff take their time to know the residents. The front desk is very organized, it seems like they have a very efficient communication system to stay informed across the board. The dining department shows great attention to detail, presentation and quality. The activity department is very visible and welcoming in the community - you will see them in between group activity times spending 1:1 time with residents and encouraging them to attend the next activity. What I like most about this community is that the directors are very involved with the resident and staff experience. They don’t lead from their desks. They are out in the community engaging with residents and working alongside staff many times.

WOW! What a great experience. We visited a few prospective residences for my dad and this one really stood head and shoulders above the rest. The staff there was so friendly and knowledgeable and the residents all seemed upbeat and engaged. It really felt like a place I could see him loving. We saw another place thats brand new and didnt have half the at home feeling this one did. I hope theres a spot left when dad is ready for the move because this is at the top of the list!

This building is incredibly welcoming and friendly! As the new occupational therapist, the staff, residents and community itself has been warm and inviting. The residents have tons of engagement options and are taking advantage of the outdoor patio area with the warmer weather. I truly love coming in each day to work with residents and collaborate with staff to ensure the highest quality of care.

Every time I visit my grandma at Arbor Terrace Willistown, everyone seems super friendly and helpful and my grandma always has a smile on her face. Its nice to know that she is living somewhere where she is happy and cared for. I believe that theyve mastered the art of helping the residents to feel some sort of independence while in a facility like this and I think its wonderful! Definitely recommend!!

I am very happy with the care that my mother receives at Arbor Terrace Willistown. She has been a resident for three years now and has always been treated with respect by the friendly and caring staff. They always have smiles on their faces and greet me by name any time I come to visit. The maintenance of the facility is top notch and someone is always available to solve any problem that may arise. There is a true sense of community and inclusivity that assures me that my mom is never alone. It is a wonderful feeling to know that if I cannot be with my mom all the time, I know she is well cared for. The activities and amenities make her feel useful and like she is part of something. I would recommend Arbor Terrace if you are looking for a place for your loved ones that will give you peace of mind.

My mother spent the last 10 months of her life at Atria. The staff was friendly and genuinely cared about my mother. Mom was not one to join in activities; however, at Atria, she did. She was happy there; as was I, knowing that she was being well cared for. I'll stop by to say hi - hope to see some familiar faces.

I started working in this community in February of this year. I love the staff and the residents are amazing. The staff i worked with were absolutely amazing and caring for all residents. You will not find a better place to send your elderly loved ones. I also want to add that i had the opportunity to work in the Life Guidance department and its specifically for people with Alzheimer's and Dementia. I worked as care staff and program specialist. I loved every minute of it. I would definitly recommend my loved ones to live here .

I'm newer to the community since the management has transitioned to The Arbor Company. From the moment I walked in the door, I've enjoyed the warm and welcoming atmosphere. I moved into the Solana Willistown a few months ago, after visiting a couple of other communities I found that the Solana "agreed to me" the best. I was drawn to the décor and how up-to-date it is here. I think the food is great, there are always things to do if I want to do them. The movie theater is wonderful and I really enjoy watching old movies. The people who reside here are friendly, as well as the staff. The staff works hard to make sure everyone is happy here. The location is good and there is transportation available when needed. It is convenient to have visitors and I my family and friends can visit whenever they want. Overall I am enjoying my time here.

This resort-like facility and top-of-the-line management and staff differentiate it from the competition. The activities, meals, and amenities have my mom asking why she couldn't have moved to Solana sooner. Solana Willistown should be a the top of anyone's list when considering assisted care for a loved one! Donna Rachlin, the Engage Life Director, is a wonder with the residents and made my mom's transition seamless and perfect. Thurman, the chef, is incredible and mom has long forgotten my culinary delights. And Chrissy Derizac was a whiz at helping you navigate the myriad of financial and administrative issues.
