I am truly grateful that my sister was able to locate Paramount Senior living for our father. The staff is absolutely fantastic and treats all their residents with the utmost care and like family. They perform activities to stimulate the residents minds, monitor their health, and provide specialized care depending on the residents needs. The facility has a very nice atmosphere and always clean. My dad just recently celebrated his 80th birthday in the Paramount staff made his day very special for him. My sister and I have been taking care of our parents together as a team for the past six years. When our mother passed, our dad’s mental health really declined. Since being at Paramount and receiving top notch care from an amazing staff, our dads physical health has improved. He even looks healthier and younger. The staff does an excellent job with monitoring his vitals, making sure he gets the proper medical care and nutrition. It is a wonderful feeling to know how well our dad is being treated and cared for. I am beyond grateful for the staff at Paramount Senior Living and the wonderful care my dad has received! I had researched many senior facilities and from the very first time I met with Paramount, it was so obvious that they truly cared about their senior community. From the beginning, they have gone out of their way to be extremely accommodating. They even set up all my dad's bedroom furniture and hung all my late mom's photos. There has been a tremendous improvement in my dad since he has been there. Dad is happier, looks so much healthier and his walking has improved greatly. The doctors and nurses have been on top of dad's health and have kept me informed. I am very much involved with my dad's care and want nothing but the best for him. The staff is so kind and prompt to work with me when I have questions or request assistance for additional needs regarding my dad's care. I always receive a warm welcome during my visits by the front desk, administration, activities coordinators, nurses, aids, etc. Most importantly, they treat my dad like family and have made him feel at home. Knowing my dad is in excellent hands, makes it so much easier for me to sleep better. This facility is by far the best. My father received excellent care here even though he was a difficult patient. I searched everywhere to find a place that would be like home to him and this is it! The entertainment, the atmosphere for dementia patients, the food, the staff...everything was beyond my expectations and I was there daily for the six months my father resided there before passing. I even wanted to move in!! Thank you so much for your care and love for my struggling father!

My brother found Paramount Senior living, dont know if someone he knew recommended it or if he came across it himself, but it was a Godsend. Even though our Mother was only there maybe a week at the most, the staff was exceptional in the care they provided our Mother, especially when it came to them caring for her during her final days. The building is very clean and well kept and they have places throughout the building for different activities for the residents. I would highly recommend Paramount for anyone looking to place their family, you wont be sorry!!

So far, we have had a great experience with admitting my mother-in-law to Paramount SL at Cranberry. Heather has been very instrumental in helping with our every need in preparation and during admission! In addition, the staff has been very welcoming and caring.

I come by atleast once a week for lunch-dinner and the food is always excellent. The residents are happy from what I can tell and genuinely enjoying the activities each time I come by. The staff does a great job making a place feel like home. Id recommend Paramount to anyone that cares for their loved ones.

My father has been a resident here for several months now and we feel fortunate they had an opening. I live out of state and cant visit as often as Id like, so communication with the staff is very important. They are easy to reach when I have questions or concerns, and they contact me to provide updates on how my father is doing.

We have been very pleased with the care of our father for quite some time. This place is conveniently located and easy to get to. In addition, they treat my father like their own family. If you cannot manage the care of a loved one at home, the next best thing is to have a facility like this to rely on. I would not hesitate to send a family member here again.

Visited my brother in law multiple times during his stay. He was very well cared for and the facility was always clean! It was sad when he passed, but I felt fortunate he was so well taken care of by such a special group of people.

Im a new employee here and from what I have seen the staff truly does care about not only the residents and their health, but also family members. If you are looking for a home for your loved one with Alzheimers or dementia, this is the place! Everyone has made me feel really welcome here and I love the amount of activities and events they have for the residents.

We visited a friend several times, who was a resident here. It was obvious that he was well cared for. The facility was always very clean and the staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Paramount Senior Living in Cranberry.

Moving a loved one into senior care is never easy but the staff or paramount were so wonderful in helping make my aunts transition as easy as possible. We cant thank them enough for their kindness and understanding during this difficult time. We have been so pleased with each visit to see that she is being given the kind of care she needs. She is settling in and beginning to adjust to her new surroundings. We are so grateful.

Have had a very positive experience with the staff and facility. Ive witnessed some truly touching acts of compassion (saw a nurse give a patient a hug to calm her down and lift her spirits) and have had a good experience with they way they treat my father, who can be difficult like many memory care patients can be. The medical staff keeps in close contact with us on any sort of medication adjustments, or anything else. All around good group of people.

My mother has dementia and is a difficult case. Paramount is Gods gift to my family. My father is 90 and has had a hard time with this but the staff at Paramount has given him such piece of mind. My sister and I have went through a lot in this journey to find the right place for her. My mother was in several places before Paramount and now we have found the perfect place.The directors , all the nurses and the laundry staff to the maintenance crew have been so very nice and helpful to my mother and my family. We can finally rest with no worrys. I can not say enough about this facility.

I recently had the situation to do an emergency admission of a family member who has dementia. After making many calls and being told that I would have to 302 (psychiatric admission) the family member. I remembered a neighbor had admitted her husband earlier this year to Paramount she could not say enough good about her experience. I visited once with her and the facility was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I made the call to Paramount to see if they had any beds and if they could do an emergency admission. I was put in contact with Heather LaPaglia, she could not have been more comforting and helpful. It truly was a matter of just a few hours and my family member was at Paramount. When we walked in the door the residents were playing bingo. Staff members greeted us at the door by name. They showed us to were the room would be and all family members already knew my family members name and greeted them and made them feel like a long time friend. After viewing the room and putting things away we went back to the town square were bingo was being played. Much to my surprise my family member (who is usually very restless) sat down and watched bingo while we finished the admission process. It was such a relief to see my family member walking around the facility without restrictions. When we left my family member was so preoccupied exploring their new surroundings that they did not even try to leave with us. I know that it has only been a few days so far but I can not say enough good about the Paramount staff, Heather, and the facility itself.

I have never field so secure and peaceful that I brought my husband to paramount.All of the employees are highly trained and do their jobs well. They are attentive and affectionate to every resident there. The rooms are clean there is a lot of light they have activities everyday. Some tomes the bring in musicians to entertain.laundry is done well the good is berry good. They have different events that families can attend with their loved one. It Id the best place in cranberry Highly recommend it

I feel that certain people are put into your life at certain times when you need them the most. Both of my parents were residents at Paramount. Both have since passed on but the care and the attention that was given to my parents and our whole family is something none of us will ever forget. I will always hold a special place in my heart for the people at Paramount for the difference they made in our lives at a time when we needed them the most.
