Its never easy when its time to put a parent in an assisted living facility. My mother has dementia so she has to be in an area where she cant wander off and get hurt. The Palmerton has such an area. She is well cared for (she is visited every week so we would know if there was an issue), and she and her living space is always very clean. The staff are very caring.

Andrea in activities is always Doing something different with the residents. Christina in the office is always very polite when I come to visit and Terri, the administrator, is always on point with running the show . Way to go ladies!!!

My mother is a resident here at The Palmerton. Mother was only there maybe not even a week, and the staff was hugging her, and telling me how sweet mother was. The hardly knew mom, but you would of thought they knew her for years! I really fought with my emotions on having to place mom in a assisted living facility, but after being there and getting to know staff and see how they go up and beyond for each resident that is there ,I can tell you, I can sleep good at night knowing mom is safe and treated with respect. They always have some type of activity going on for the residents and family.The community enrichment director is ALWAYS putting her whole heart into whatever she is doing , to make it safe and fun for all the residents.To see her interact with the residents on a personal level and to know which activity each resident enjoys is also a plus.Very profecssional. The facility is always clean.5 stars rating in my book!

Clean and modern look with friendly and accommodating staff. Location is on a quiet private road with beautiful scenic views. The rooms are private and spacious with large windows.

My mother is a resident of The Palmerton. It's a very nice place and the staff is very friendly. The food is also very nice. Some of the activities they have include painting her nails, they make arts and crafts, they have OT and PT, and they have parties (like for birthdays and Valentine's Day). They also have a movie night where I can go watch a movie with her and eat popcorn and all that.

I am very happy with the village. The staff are very kind,compassionate, and work hard to take care of the residents. My family member is taken care of very well, and is happy, In a situation I had the director of nursing was very helpful and supportive. She went went above and beyond to help. I visit frequently the staff/employees I meet are always friendly. I recommend this place for your loved one.

We are pleased with the very friendly staff at the Village. The staff during our visit went out of their way to make our visit very welcoming. All the clients appeared to be very well cared for. I am sure they deserve more stars but our visit was short but lovely.

This is a nice community. The staff is very nice and always attentive to her needs. The meals are good and she seems to like them very much. They have a lot of nice activities, live music is nice for her to enjoy. It is a very close location to my home so that I can visit often. I recommend the care and the value to other families.
