Dementia isn't easy on any family. My Aunt needed a safe place to live while still having some of her independence. At Arden she has access to a livingroom, diningroom and kitchen, it's set up just like a house. There are all types of activities and programs to experience. Plus, the grounds are gorgeous. Access to the grounds is available and there's a walking path and benches and tables for visting. The staff is friendly and helpful, they become part of our family. Arden is a hidden gem in Jefferson Hills!

This is a wonderful place for those who need to know that their family member is well cared for. My aunt was very difficult and had many behavioral issues. The staff was able to manage her needs and do it in a courteous and respectful manner.

Both of my parents are residents of Arden Courts of Jefferson Hills. I cannot say enough about the kind and compassionate care provided to them by the entire staff. COVID has been a difficult time with both parents in a facility, but Arden Courts has gone above and beyond to provide excellent care in a home like setting. Terrie and Kristin and the staff have enabled me to rest knowing my parents are well cared for and in a safe environment. I am grateful every day for Arden Courts

The staff is amazing with their residents. They truly care about each of them. During Covid they were one of the 1st to lockdown to keep them safe along with one of the 1st to also vaccinate so they can see loved ones again. Everyone has a smile on their face and also say hello. My dad and the other residents are truly taken care of and it feels good know they are in such caring and safe place.

My mother was in this facility for about two years suffering from Vascular Dementia. They were very welcoming to not only the residence but the families. With Covid they follow strict guidelines but still make sure you have contact with your love one by FaceTime calls, window visits and now limited in room visits. When my mother was at the end stages they allowed us to be with her. They showed great care fir her and were very knowledgeable and helpful to our family. I would recommend this memory care facility to anyone looking for a family, caring, yet professional place.

Ive had other family members at Arden Courts in Jefferson Hills over the years and weve always had a good experience there. When it came time to place family in memory care, Arden Courts was the first choice. They give excellent care. The staff are kind, considerate, and patient. They find a communication path to their residents that works and engage with them through their programming and general hallway conversations. I recommend them to any family facing this difficult decision with their loved-one.

Fear, Anxiety, Trepidation, all around feeling of helpless what will happen.My family faced this when making a difficult decision to place our loved one in a facility. It all seemed so daunting.Then we met Sally and Terrie and Kristen et al at AC - our familys now name for Arden Courts. Weight lifted. Peace of mind given. Prayers Answered. All around feeling of no longer helpless. We had a team. We can call our team any time to check in onour loved one. EVERYONE at AC has been a blessing to our family.Change is never easy,,,,, the team at AC made it more than comforting. I know one of the most importantpeople in my life is well and safe.They are the Gold Standard. We are a Grateful Family.

Dementia is a very difficult disease to navigate for everyone in the family. We were blessed to have met Terri Eger at Arden Courts of Jefferson Hills, who took our application for my father in law, and showed us around the facility. It was very obvious from the start that she was well trained in hospitality, family, and dementia care. On that first visit we had the opportunity to meet some of the staff who were also very hospitable with us. Love this place. The center does not feel like a dementia center but more like a home with great friends who are always there for you. The atmosphere is very relaxed and every staff member is very caring and helpful. Terri is amazing - it is very rare to find someone who has found their true passion in life. She is always so helpful and caring and makes you feel like your family member is very special to the community! I would highly recommend Arden Courts.

My father has been a resident at Arden Courts of Jefferson Hills for two and a half years. Alzheimers is a devastating disease, but the care givers and other staff at Arden Courts are caring, understanding, and reassuring and know how to keep the residents safe and comfortable. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents engaged and I love the special events that involve the family members too. I am thankful that my father can call Arden Courts his home.
