I have been at Comforting Home Care by Phoebe for about 3 years. I truly enjoy working for this very professional company. Everyone here is always warm, inviting, compassionate, and professional. This is a great company to work for!

Great people you can trust. Here is my review from Facebook. Weve been taking care of my husbands mom for about the past 2 years. We needed some help and decided to hire a home care company. We hired and fired 3 of them in less than 2 months. I cannot begin to explain to you how bad these people treated my mother in law and us (without using profanity on FB!). One of her neighbors recommended Comforting Homecare. Thank God! Margee and Julie were a blessing. They are real nurses and they train the most professional and reliable nurses aides youll find anywhere. I can access all of her schedules from my work during the day and I have peace of mind that an aide is going to show up. They even had an aide sleep over her house during the last storm. Who does that??? Hooah!

Gods honest truth these guys saved my mom. They are probably the only reason she is alive today. She doesnt have much money so they helped get her on a program for senior citizens. My mom got better and now they help her 4 days every week. I have to work odd shifts and really needed the help.

We have several excellent Comforting Home caregivers caring for my parents in my parents home--going on four months now, 7 days a week, 15 hours a day most days. During 2012, we tried half dozen or so home care agencies and interviewed a half dozen others. One of the other agencies was a complete disaster that made our lives miserable. The others had serious issues with skills, hygiene, and just showing up. Not only are we extremely pleased with the Comforting Home caregivers we have, but I really feel that Margie cares as well. She is just the nicest person to work with. I cant emphasize enough how important our relationship with the management and nurses have been with each and every home care agency -- and with the abysmal assisted living community in which my parents lived for a short time. Most managers and nurses are concerned only with getting money from the clients and not at all with caring for the clients. They absolutely dont want to deal with any problems. The fact is, caregivers and clients must learn to get along. Caregiving is difficult for both the caregivers and the clients. The agency management, and especially the nurse in charge, is critical to mediating the communication between the caregivers and the clients and making sure that everyones, caregivers as well as clients, needs are met. The relationships are complicated. And good management and nursing is a critical element for success. Margie has been amazing. The exact opposite of what we found almost everywhere else. We are extremely fortunate to have found her and grateful to have her. Also, and this too should be emphasized, she has shown that she knows how to select excellent caregivers for her clients.
