Comfortable setting with scenic and safe walking path. Rent is reasonable when first signing up but continues to increase even though new renters pay substantially less. Services (quality of food, recreation and transportation) have consistently diminished in the past 3 years.

I moved in over 2 years ago and meals have gone way down hill. You cant cut a lot of the meat with sharp knives and then you cant chew it. They keep raising the rent and you get nothing for it. Every year they do a resident questionnaire but nothing changes. Covid has made everything hard but sky high rents dont help.

I have worked with Hidden Lakes as a vendor for roughly 3 yrs now and I MUST say they are the absolute best!!! The Marketing Director, Lisa Haines has the best personality and caring attitude, always. She truly bleeds for her community and colleagues, and will bend over backwards to ensure your loved ones are always living their best life!!!! The entire staff make the residents feel loved and special. Hidden Lakes also has the best view of any community Ive ever worked with, and I appreciate that they play music throughout the building all day. Trust me and look no further my friends.... You get more than a dwelling here, they actually embody the word community
